I'm going to start this HCG diet as soon as I can figure out how to do it without screwing it up! I've been looking every where it seems like with no true answers. I don't cook meat though I do eat it sometimes but I hate cooking it or buying it. Has anyone here tried it WITHOUT eggs, cottage cheese, this quinoa or ezekiel bread everyone speaks of, or without protein powder shakes?!?
Has anyone tried it with raw almonds, cashews, etc instead to get their protein (replacing meat portions with nuts) and actually LOST weight with using it instead?! (I read about cashews and see that its risky and most people gain from it but everyones different)
Has anyone tried it on a raw vegan diet?!?
If you have done any of these.. can you give the most detailed answers as possible? What you ate exactly, what time of day, how much.. etc.. I know I'm gonna have to experiment no matter what because I'm so difficult and weird LOL. :p I need a lot of help! Thank you in advance!!
