Good suggestions. I am holding out on using real eggs, because I would prefer to stick to a vegan menu. If I get desperate, I still have the vegetarian choices as a backup plan. There are egg subs that I am aware of, but I am not a big fan of the taste. I am losing when I eat soy meat substitutes, and silken tofu has been alright so far.
I have been changing up the shakes by adding different fruit each time, or using cinnamon and apple, or just some extra vanilla to boost the taste. I like them, but for some reason, I can't remember to use them daily! I am a creature of habit, and the shakes were not in my daily life before this plan. lol
Adding a post-it to my desktop to remind me to try to have a shake daily to up my protein.
I am doing a long round on this first one, so P3 is not in my sights yet. I am only day 22, and have lost 12.1 pounds. Had some gains from a couple of foods, so maybe I can stick to what has worked and up my loss average a bit now.
Good plan to wait until after the holidays to start another round. Maybe you can eat some of the yummy food choices from the festivities before going back to VLCD's.
