    Tofu!

    I apologize if this has been covered a lot...I saw a few threads with mixed results regarding the use of tofu on P2 for vegetarians. It seems like it would be a good choice since it's low carb and high protein...has anyone had success using tofu on P2 as a lean protein source?

    I guess the downside to using tofu, is to do it without mixing up with something else for the other meal. I know that people with thyroid problems can't do a lot of tofu either. I am sure there would be better explanations from some of the senior members, but so far I have had success when I've had Tofu. When I did Tofu, I had it for lunch and did a whole egg and 3 egg whites for dinner. Veggiemama's breakdown on how many carbs,fats and protein a serving should be a good guide to pick the right tofu and help decide your serving too. Hope that helps!
