Thank you for your post. I am planning on doing the exact same thing menu wise and I am glad that it works.
Hi!
I want to share my journey with others as well as reach out and get help, advice and encouragement well as give it
When you read the original 'Pounds& Inches' by Dr. Simeons you'll see a place for vegetarians but not vegans. I wonder why? Maybe he didn't see veganism as a option or maybe he like many thought "How can a vegan be overweight?" Lol whatever his reason was is 'ok' b/c I have found a way to do this and honor my vegan lifestyle.
Before continuing let me just say: I am not here to be ridiculed or harrassed for MY life decision as a vegan. I have choosen to have a no-death diet & to not eat anything that can walk, fly, crawl, jump, or swim off my plate. What anyone else chooses to eat is their right & decision. I am not Interested on lectures about "How humans were made to eat flesh" or "It's the circle of life". 'Live & let live' please. I come to this forum with all respect and simply ask for the same in return.
Now onto the REASON I am here- Vegan HCG Diet Protocol!
I follow the protocol to the letter with a exception of one thing- I replace the 'meat' for Sunwarrior's Raw Vegan Protein powder! That's it!
I am on the injections, 125IU as per protocol and I'm happy lol!
On my load days I lost 5lbs since then I've lost a average of 2 pounds a day!
I do exercise- 30 minute walk, non-stop once a day.
On my first two injections (also load days) I had muscle cramps, no appetite and fatigue as well.
It's been smooth sailing since. Some days I'm extremly full and don't finish my full meal. I just eliminate what I don't want to eat.
I have gotten my cycle but no hardship (knock on wood).
If you want to go vegan and cleanse your system doing it on HCG is to me the perfect way!
This isn't hard at all! Please give it try
My questions/Concerns:
I've lost 15 pounds and I'm still wearing the same size and don't see a physical difference?! Anyone else experience this?
Thank you for your post. I am planning on doing the exact same thing menu wise and I am glad that it works.
Awesome you are doing hcg while honoring your choice to be vegan! I was vegan for a year and know there are great health benefits to it. I actually wanted to do a round vegan bc I have rosacea and veganism is the only thing that cleared me up naturally. Now I know how I cannext round I'm totally gonna do it!

As for changes I your body, that usually begins to be noticeable in phase 3 mid to end. That's why lots of hcgers refer to p3 as body shaping phase. Trust me it will comethis is my 4th round but due to my bad food addictions I gained every pound of the 60 I lost...but I'm back and more determined to gain a new life
And I may even go vegan again
So phase 3 is the "No starch No sugar" phase right?
It's been a week and I haven't lost a pound :'( I haven't cheated and I'm worried. I'm NOT hungry what so ever and it's disgusting to try to eat b/c I get to maybe 200 cals and feel full and nauseous!
My skin is supper lose! I can pinch skin off my calf! Is any of this "normal"?
It's never too late to change
What phase are you in? What day? How much do you have to lose overall? How much have you already lost?
There are lots of factors that could be causing you to stall in losses.
As for the skin, I had loose skin and during p3 and p4, it started to bounce back some...
I'm still on p2 vlcd it's officially day nine and I've still not lost any weight. It's like I'm stuck at 266lbs it's increased 4 lbs but stayed this weight for 7 of the nine days and I haven't donng to protocol. (Meaning I've stuck to it )
Starting weight was 282.
Throat still swollen and gland in the back of my head are now sw and hurt very bad.
It's never too late to change
