Yesterday's loss was .6 pounds. Woke up to a 1.8 loss this morning!
Tues- beyond meat and cabbage then tofu and onion soup and melba toast for dinner. Also, had a grapefruit right before bed. I went over calories for the day, but my dog and I went in a giant walk and I also have been cleaning our apt. building for reduced rent. (When unemployed, you do what you gotta do..)
So, it felt necessary to eat a bit more. All I did was add a bit of tofu protein plus the melba with dinner and this satiated my hunger.
