    Hi,

I'm just starting and will try BioChem Whey Protein. You can get it at Sprouts and have seen it at Rite-Aid in California.

EAS Carb Advantage at Raplhs or CVS premade shakes are really tasty if you put them in the freezer for like 10 minutes. 110 calories no sugar and 17g protein.

Has anyone tried Sunwarrior protein? I bought their Warrior Blend Raw Protein Powder http://www.sunwarrior.com/product-info/ and would love to hear your thoughts. I'd like to start using it when starting P2 on June 1st. Thanks.

I am using Sunwarrior vanilla. It's kinda chalky but it'll do. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, strawberries and ice.

Can't say I have good experience to answer question, but, I do use protein shakes regularly and have found that whey protein isolates are much higher quality, have a lot less fillers, and non-isolate kinds often cause people to be gassy. I think it's a good idea, but would recommend a whey protein isolate over the Advantage product.
