    Cool May 17/18 loaders thread!

    Wasn't sure where to go after the loaders section, so here's a thread for those of us who started loading May 17 and 18.

    I'm doing homeopathic drops, and today is my first day of VCLD.

    I forgot to weight myself before loading, lol, so I'm starting with my post-load weight of 177 lbs, with 150 as my goal.

    I have enough drops for the 23 day cycle, though I'm considering ordering pellets and taking it longer if I can. Any advice or thoughts on this would be welcomed!

    Hi there! Yep this looks like the right place for us. Today was my first day on the VLCD and I did good but I messed up and have eaten all of my allotted food for the day and I still work for a couple more hours so I am loading up on water to try not to think about food. I will try tomorrow to spread it out a bit more.

    I know, its only 5:30 pm here, and I'm dying to eat my dinner. Hmm, maybe I'll eat it and just go to bed really really early, lol. I'll try to hold off as long as I can with another big glass of water.................

    Thank you silly kitty I wasn't able to read all that food anymore lol. I am now a week no nine days into vlcd and its a mental roller coaster. I hope you all have good losses <3

    Thanks for starting this group, Sillykitty!

    I'll admit, yesterday I spent the entire day thinking about food which stinks. I am hoping as the days go by I can just be busy and not be so obsessed. I also realized at dinner time that I was lacking in about 100 calories so I ate 4 cups of fennel. That's a LOT of fennel. Ugh.

    Jaxella - I have to admit I found myself thinking about food and focusing on all the aspects of the diet (vitamins, calories, etc). I am hoping that once a couple days goes by I won't think about it as much. I also hope that some of my habits break pretty quickly. I have two little boys and I found myself several times about to lick their fork after cutting their food or the yogurt top after peeling it off for them. I know that it is very little but I am trying to follow the protocol as much as I can. The only thing that I have to admit that I changed was it says to eat two different meats each day and I don't like fish or seafood, so I have decided to have a protein shake as a second meat. I found one with less then three carbs in it and only 94 calories. Good Luck!

    Hi everyone! This is my 9th day on VLCD. Snuzy and I have been keeping each other company through this all. It definitely helps to have a buddy or two or three or more to talk to. I also have two little boys and when making their lunches or dinners, it's hard to not taste or take a bite of their food here and there. I'm happy to say that I haven't had a slip yet though.

    The first few days were rough for me, I had headaches and felt "off". Then the headaches went away and I started drinking a Smart Water once a day, seems to help me. Good luck to all of you during this journey!

    Hi all! Well VLCD went ok for day 1. I lost 1.6 pounds but still have .2 pounds to go to be where I was before loading. Hoping for a good loss after today! I did ok yesterday but I work til midnight and had eaten all my allotted food for the day by 7pm. I am going to try to save a piece of fruit or something for later in the evening as I got really hungry about 10pm.

    Can I join your group? I didn't start May 17/18 but I loaded May 19/20 and start my VLCD tomorrow. Is that close enough to join? Pretty please.
