The PI and stall set you back AT LEAST a week, so you really have to give yourself that time to catch up...You may not think so, but at 31 days and loss of 21lbs, with your PI and stall, you are really ahead of the average losses...Most only average between .5lbs and .7lb per day each full round. So give yourself a break if it doesn't happen this round..Move on and come back to do a R3 to get to your "low goal" weight. Round 1 I lost 21 in 40days, R2 I lost 16 in 28 days, and R3 I lost 31lbs in 50days ..so it varies..And the closer you get to ideal weight, the slower your body will get with the losses..Keep focused and no cheats and maybe even cut back to one fruit each day, and make that a Grapefruit, which burns fat and helps with water retention...sometimes that helps shake things up a bit..
