    Would it be ridiculous of me to follow this thread if I am only in the middle of my first round (43 day), VLCD18, and have only lost 12.6# so far, but have 19.6# more to go? Looks like some of you have completed more than one round and have experience.

    Thanks for the encouragement. I have seen your before/after pics, Shan, and wow! hCG works like ever!

    I was in a four day stall and if I can trust my scale this morning, I am down 1.2# !! Hooray. I did eat 1/2 grapefruit yesterday morning... which I haven't had since my first week.. Maybe that is just a coincidence, but guess what I am eating for my first fruit this mid-morning? Yep, 1/2 grapefruit it is.

    I'm slowing down which sucks! I'm only down 0.4lb today. At this rate there is no way I will make it to even my high goal which is 130lb. I'm almost out of HCG but I'm praying I have enough until at least Wednesday and I'm praying my losses pick up again. I'm going to try to increase my water since I can't seem to get it all in. I guess this is expected because I'm not doing anything different than I was last week and I dont even eat everything I'm allowed. Have a good day.

    SmartyJones - way to go on the 5lb loss!!! holy moly! I guess if there is one thing you can take from your ups & downs, it's that you don't really have to sweat your gains...it's just from your hardcore work outs! Did you ever get your whey protein? Speaking of...

    NurseDanielle - you say you are slowing down? I had that issue. I'm sure if you covered this thread, you read a lot about me being a slow loser. My miracle was adding the whey protein. Did you ever end up trying that?

    Welcome all newbies!!! Keep up the good work! This is TOTALLY worth it!

    AFM - Well I am day 10 of P3 and .6 below LIW. So I guess you could say I am stabilizing well. Although I have been as far as 1.6lbs below LIW, and I like that better (winking). But I will take .6 below!!! Things are going well. Eggs didn't go so well for me. I only had two (4 days ago) and gained 1.4lbs. But by the next day (after I cut them out) I was down 2lbs! So I will just hold off on them for a while. But I still do AWESOME with all dairy (cream, dressings, cheeses, sour creams) and coconut oil rocks! I swear the more I eat, the more I lose. And organic red wine is my friend. (I know I'm beginning to sound like a lush, but I swear it's helping me stabilize) Today I added 2tbs of raw organic almond butter, for the first time...I have a bad feeling . My tummy is so bloated, and this is the fattest I've felt since P3 began. Even though as of this morning I am still .6 below my LIW...I just feel so--not right. I do 30 min of eliptical + 15min pilates every morning. Today I did 30min eliptical + 30min weight lifting...I don't know, I just feel porky. It will be interesting to see how much I gained tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will be the first weigh in I am dreading (sigh)...I have also noticed a HUGE increase in my appetite the past couple days. I don't like that. I'm in day 22 of my menstral cycle. I usually get T.O.M every 30 days, so I don't know if that has something to do with feeling pudgy, bloated, anxious...blah, blah, blah. I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow....ugh!




    Round 1-Start weight in 2011 was 142lbs.
    Round 8-just as annual cleanup round 2017
    R8--Goal to get to 120, maintain at 123lbs.

    Glad to hear you are stabilizing well! I'm at my LDW on day 6. Up a pound, down a pound. Laid off the peanut butter the last few days. I am now addicted to cocoa crack! It's gotten to the point where I start to growl if I see someone go near the plate. Dh said he doesn't like it with coconut, so I put in extra coconut so he won't eat it.

    I'm off to my son's graduation ceremony now.

    Thanks, Shan. I know you are right but I started to wonder today if maybe it's my Hcg? The last two days I have been STARVING! I have not been hungry in 30 days and now my stomach is growling and I am so hungry, I start to feel sick. That is when it gets hard for me. If I'm not hungry, I could do this diet forever. I am almost out of Hcg and I accidentally left it in the car a couple of times and it got hot. I have a week left and I don't know if I want to go spend all that money on another bottle for a week. I am on the drops. I don't know what to think. I guess I will see what the scale does tomorrow. I am 136lb and I know I should be proud of what I have done so far and I am. I just really want get down to at least 130lb.

    Shannon, thanks for the encouragement. I know if I don't make it, I can always come back. Hopefully I won't be back for R3 for at least a year. We are really hoping this IVF works and I will get pregnant (which is a scary thing...I know I can't diet obviously, but I don't want to blow-up).

    Erin-I haven't tried the Whey yet. What do you think about Jay Robb? I know you like the Mercola but I saw some Jay Robb at GNC today and it would be quicker to get. I would love to try the Whey protein if it will kick start my losses again.

    Ok. Day 22. Stalled out, almost burned out...
    So I did a miniload.
    Going back at it in the morning.
    I have to be ready to have it go slow.
    I only have 14 left...
    Sigh, I have to put one foot in front of the other. Anybody else got any good ideas??

    I was down 1lb today which made me very happy! I guess my Hcg drops aren't toast yet. I have probably another 3 days left so we'll see. I am getting excited about moving into P3 and reshaping...I'm excited to see what happens to my flabby belly. I went shopping today and grabbed a pair of size 6 denim capris (I have been wearing size 8) and thought they would probably fit. Nope, I needed a size 4! I could pull the size 6 on without even unbuttoning them.

    I ordered the Mercola Whey just to be safe but it probably won't arrive until Tuesday. I'm excited to see if jump starts my losses though.

    Question...what is "lasering" food? I have read about it on here and I am curious to what it is. Also, when you add meats back in P3, do you have to do it gradually or are all meats fair game? Thanks.
