Thanks for the encouragement! Love this board!!!

Tightening up the reigns seems to have helped. I'm down 0.6 today. I'll take it!

for P3..how many calories is a lot? should I count? should I eat till I'm stuffed? Should I eat a lot of fats?
And yeah I did calculate from my last vlcd because I didn't quite reach my goal weight and wanted to stabilize a bit lower than LIW!

from what i understand it is very hard to stabilize below that liw. some lose in p3 but it sounds rarer then normal.

i don't count calories, but i eat a lot of whole fat cheeses, sour cream, proteins, coconut oil. i eat until i am full, and i eat often.

    Good Morning, Lovelies~

I'm freaking out over here...I'm .4 lbs from being 2 lbs over my LIW this morning!!! HELP!!! I hardly ate yesterday because I was so full from the night of debauchery the night before...but this is ridiculous!! Does anyone have a remedy for P3 so I don't have to do a steak day??
Yesterday, all I ate (I know that I should have eaten more, but I just couldn't) was about a cup of salad with ginger dressing for lunch, and then about 2 cups of cottage cheese with 6 fresh strawberries for dinner! Lots and lots of water all day!

Stabilizing is not an easy task.... Any advice would be so appreciated!

    Big hugs to everyone today~

Down 0.2 today...but at least the scale is moving in the right direction, right?

Pagilium ~ so sorry about that. Try to hang tough and let your body readjust from your rough day of eating. (((hugs)))

    Morning Ladies-

Keep at it Pagilium, you are doing fine, just try not to stress. You're going to be a shinning example of how to stabilize so when all of us P2er's get there you're going to be the one with the answers! You are tough as nails for caring about yourself this much, just keep in mind that you have it in you. Your body will stabilize.

Tracey- Keep up the good work! A loss is a loss.

I stepped on the scale a few times this morning (mostly because it's kind of a weird scale and will weigh up and down depending on the moment) so I can get an average and I think I lost almost a pound.

I decided to go to the gym today with my fiance and so some H.I. cardio intervals. The clinic I am working with has seen some pretty good results with that so we shall see.

I hope everyone has a good Thursday and keeps fighting the good fight!

down another .4 which I feel good about after the 1.4 yesterday. Making up for that darn stall.

Pag - Not in P3, so I do not have any experience to share other than the spirit of the protocol which is indeed eat your protein and drink lot's of water as you have indicated. I am a work out type of a girl, so I always tend to try to go out and burn it off. Hang in there.

Runtracey - you are right, down is good and a loss is a loss! Congrats.

May I join you ladies? Like Harley, I'm starting my final round with something between 20 and 25 to lose depending on how much damage I do during loading. I'll start VLCD tomorrow probably around 147 and want to get to at least 125. I figure some of the other threads will be loaded with ladies and gents with a lot more to lose and thus losing a lot more than me a lot faster. Would l ike to be with some folks who are losing at my pace!
    VLCD1: 8/12
    Round: Too many to count
    Phase: 2
Method: Switched to injections from drops on 9/7

    Goal for this round:

    Overall goal somewhere under 135...

Ann, tracey and desert...Congrats on the losses! Keep up the good work! Every lil bit counts!

Pagilium....Hmmm...wanna know what I think? I dont think you ate enuf yesterday. Your body will hold on to what u give it unless you keep up a steady amount. You should probably increase the protein and get more calories today. And drink the hell out of some water! Hope this helps!

P3 Day 20 for me. 116.4 today. 0.2 above LIW.

Welcome Lydia! Of course you may join in! We are glad to have you!

pagilium, I hear ya. I'm having trouble myself. I gained 3lb in the last day...but I'm thinking it's just water weight (well it just has to be) because of something I ate that I'm sensitive to. Everyone keeps saying eat tons so I am having a great time with that, but the next morning i want to cry. I really don't have a solution but think of this - your body can't possibly gain pounds of fat in one day, so it has to be water weight from something your body didn't agree with, such as dairy or eggs. It is pretty frustrating isn't it? Not as easy as I thought it would be Best solution I can think of is eat hypoallergenically for a few days and try figure out what your body doesn't like.

How are people eating sausages and bacon, and heavy cream?? I'm eating all healthy stuff (healthy fats/proteins) and I gain!!
