Whew. I'm sort of slow this morning and almost forgot about starting a new thread! Tmott and Rose both posted today in while waiting for me, so jump on back THERE, if you missed them!

I am soooo afraid I will gain that stepping on the scale is still very scary. I was frantic hungry yesterday, last day of transition, about 4 pm I sort of lost it. I have NO SNACKS or non P2 food in my house, so difficult to cheat, but I heard an almost emplty jar of peanut butter screaming at me from the back of the fridge. That calmed that panicky feeling, and I figured that's it. Ill be up 2 pounds tomorrow.

So stepped on the scale with much trepidation this a.m. This has been a miracle round for me. I'm down .6, which wipes out yesterday's fluctuation of .4 and down another .2. Un Bee Leave Able. I will not take that as I can eat peanut butter (all gone now, anyway!) but that I dodged a bullet. Probably didn't hurt that I had both an hour of pool aerbics and a 40 minute swim lesson yesterday, so according to my Apple watch, I worked off more calories than I ate, but not something to depend on. I do like seeing those activity circles go all the way around twice! I used to be thrilled if they almost touched!

I swam 3 laps! Last week I was pumped because I did one and half. Step by baby step.

This thread is not about exercise and so far, I have kept mine low key and not too strenuous. But at least I couldn't eat while in the water!

Okay, everybody hang in, eye on the prize: Better health!

    Onward all.

Good morning, y'all! Leez, I don't have any attachments or tickers cuz I'm lazy

Down 0.6 this morning. Cruising beautifully on 90 ius with NO hunger except at lunch and dinner. Had Fage for lunch yesterday and normal meal at dinnertime. Was so full but I forced myself to eat my strawberries because they are just delicious. Might try same thing today, not sure yet.

Rose, awesome! Best kinda p3 right there. We had super nice weather here in Iowa for about 3 hours yesterday-72 degrees!!! It was amazing.

I skipped both fruits yesterday-just not hungry, had to force dinner down. Only lost 0.4. but that's better than another stall. Have a good one!

    Good Monday Morning, all!
Rose, Gig, tmott, all good things. Congrats!
Leez, I can now see the graphics in my attachments section, but nothing shows up when I try to addd one to a post. I do appreciate the dancing Snoopy!

Whew. Rough weekend. Actually, too much fun! I did not weigh yesterday, as I had to be up and on the road 2 hours before my usual setting on my alarm. Oh dark thirty. Saturday night, I unexpectedly went out for dinner, which is something I just don't do often. First day of P3, too. But my cousin was in town and it was his birthday. My sister found out he had no plans, was just going to watch TV, so she gathered up as many of us as she could find and we all went out. I thought I did pretty well, with ahi tuna, cauliflower mash and mixed veggies, no cocktail. But still, oh dark thirty! So did not weigh.

Then yesterday was P3D2 and it was a complete blow out. My older nephew is a film major and after months of prep, he was shooting his film at a ranch outside of town. This was no small production. While others in his class wrote something that had two people sitting at a table or a desk, he had a cast of 30, all in makeup and battle uniforms, military vehicles, nerf guns painted in camo colors, and this huge beautiful panara of windblown pasture land complete with rock hoodoos and clumps of towering pines. Pikes Peak in the background. Way too complex for the 12 hours he was allowed for shooting, but somehow he got it done. Meanwhile, his Mom and I did 'craft services' setting up food and drinks for the 6:30 a.m. cast and crew arrival and then lunch for the extras arriving at 1. We also did makeup on everyone, to look like battle weary soldiers with dirty faces. Mostly, it was standing around, sitting around, chasing stuff the wind blew away, and waiting. But it was fun and we were there until almost 8 p.m. Then an hour home.

So, I have a long list of Things I didn't eat....but I also have list of things I broke down and DID eat that were not terrible, but certainly not P3. I knew what I was doing but like the old Found a Peanut song from my childhood.... 'Ate it anyway!'

I was extremely hesitant about weighing today, especially since pretty much every bone in my body is stiff and sore and I'm still pretty tired. But only....'only' up .8 from Saturday weigh in. I'll be hitting the tumeric tea and maybe a hot bath tonight. Othewise, I'll sit quietly at my computer all day and hope I don't have second day blowback.

    It's a journey.

    Onward!
    P

Thanks, Pearlie. Glad to hear a good report on the image attachments. I almost had the same problem with attaching until I remembered you have to drag the file down to the bottom after you select it and then hit Done. Could that have been the issue?

Here's to hoping your P3 glitches amount to a lot of nothing and you can carry on peacefully.

We've had some warm days here, but winds have been icy. Finally got to enjoy a day yesterday that actually felt like spring. It was good for the soul.

Leez, I did exactly that. Pulled it down so it was in the box, and it showed it was there, hit done, nothin. I'll experiment some more and let you know.

Rose! You never age. No wonder the thread won't let you change your pic!

i see your new pic, rose. Its even more flattering than the last one.

Those that still see the old pic, clear your cache. If that sounds too technical, close your app or browser and reopen.

Pearly, try choosing the "inline" option before you hit Done and see if that works. (That will just make the image code show wherever your cursor rested in the edit screen.)
