    Lol. Finally got it to work and yes skin and character lines finally showing deeply. But I am okay with that. Still working. Still managed to get thru the short round. Seeing pulmonologist tomorrow. Read somewhere that dyspnea might be caused by statins so contrary to docs advice I’m going to take a two week hiatus and see if that helps. My dentist said it might be long Covid since it started shortly after I got breakthru Covid before Christmas. Haven’t gotten 5th shot so am mulling it over

    Pearly, that sounds like an awesome way to spend a Saturday! Much more exciting than mine and nice job on not overdoing it.
    Rose, you're so cute! No way you look almost 80!
    We had my daughter's 15th birthday yesterday and she made a 3 layer Oreo everything cake from scratch. Did a beautiful job and it was hard not to sample. Thinking of cutting and freezing a small sliver for a month from now just to try it...then again, she can always make another.
    I am down 1.2 lbs after doing a Fage day...had 7 oz of 0% for lunch and 8 oz with strawberries for dinner. Still cruising beautifully with no hunger.

    Day 12 144.6 .8 under liw so no change today. No travel till Apr 26 so can handle P3 easier. Will be thru P3 before my next travel date but will want to follow lower carb diet with occasional starches. I like a small baked potato or sweet potato for breakfast so that would be a treat.

    Yum! A sweet pootato for breakfast sounds good. Right now, 2 poached eggs on sliced tomato and half an avocado on the side. Next week, I hope I can add a slice of sharp cheese under the tomato. It not only ups the satisfaction quotient, it catches the egg yolk.

    I was NOT all that good on Sunday, and was so tired Monday and yesterday, I felt like I should audition for that TV show about the Wallking Dead. I stopped by my sister's and she came out looking as bad as me, saying "My son broke Mommy!" so I was not the only one. I fell into dairy by default because I could barely lift a spoon, let alone cook something. Stopped and picked up cottage cheese and plain yougurt. I figured though it is waaaay too soon for me to add dairy usually to P3 (Day 3 at the point!) It was better than hitting a drive through window for tacos.

    I was up .8 Monday and up another .8 yesterday, but whew. Down 1.6 today. AWESOME, dairy and all. I missed pool class yesterday--way to busy catching up and thought I might drown. But back at it today. My activity tracker went around two and a half times on Sunday, and closed the rings yesterday. LOL. Monday, it barely moved. Neither did I!

    My house is shambles. It has been pupped. Puppy has spread squeaky toys, stuffies and torn paper pretty much everywhere. Add that to my being too tired to do anything past putting a dish in the sink, well, I have some cleaning to do. And napping. Lots more napping.

    Nice job, Pearly!

    I am at 125.0 this morning, still no hunger. Want to have Monday be my LIW, day 28, but I'm worried about stabilization since I'm not sure if my doses that were off count as "effective" or not.....if that's the case, I've only had 12 effective doses. I don't want to go any longer. Anyone have these issues ever in a round with trouble finding the right dose and then stabilizing?

    tmott: I am not sure I have ever stabilized like the 'reset your hyperthalmus' thing. I think stabilizing comes from thoughtful eating. But CONGRATS on the 125!!!!!! Take a picture of the scale for a keepsake of your hard work! This round really tried to fight you! But you did not give up. THAT'S awesome!

    I am up .2 but not changing my ticker. I'm just under my LDW, so not to worry. I ate perfectly yesterday. I was still super tired from the weekend. Even though we fight wrinkles, dress witht the times, keep our hair do current---the time it takes to recover from overdoing is certainly a factor of getting older. Dang! i went to my bouncing around in the water class and Had No Bounce. I just swayed from side to side for most of it. Then came home ready to keel over. I was pretty useless the rest of the day, but spent 2 hours on the phone with Xfininty. So, wasted the day anyway.

    Hanging slightly under hcg. Eating fried pepperoni onions peppers and snap peas. Very yummy but high sodium so might be up tomorrow

    Day 14 P3. Weighed two hrs early…couldn’t sleep but decided to make coffee. So weight up .2 over liw so no worries. 145.6 If I had waited till 7:30 to weigh I would prob be under but I didn’t. Also salty fried pepperoni not big help. Had four fruits yesterday. Apple banana cantaloupe and strawberries. Can’t remember if there is limit on fruit but ate them anyway One more week to go on P3 but will try to not go far off plan when it is over. I do like p3 but an occassional sweet or russet potato is nice
