Rose, those fruits sound delicious! I love sweet potatoes fried, can't wait for those.

Only down 0.2., sticking strickly to plan although I did have 2 fruits yesterday. Probably super close not much weight left, but my belly is still flabby. How do I know if it is fat vs loose skin? Hmm....

So nice to hear from you both! Are no others starting P2 this month?

I'm down from yesterday, which was a surprise. TESS played with me a bit, bouncing up and down between 125.8 (!!!) and 126.2 but settled on 126.2. If volume makes a difference, I hardly had time to eat yesterday! I have to do Pool Time today because I missed Tuesday. Also have my swim lesson tonight. My activity rings wiill probably go around twice!

Rose! Such a deal! You are hitting it out of the park!

Yes, Jayk, are you still with us? Come on Lurkers. Jump on and entertain us!

tMott, I was so happy for you to get t 125 which is a weight I love but never thought i would get to again. I was thrilled to be UNDER 130, because in the past few years I have not been able to break thru that number by mor than a pound or so and went right the heck back up in the first few days of P3 so didn't hold it at all. I was telling myself it didn't matter and nothing wrong with 130ish at my age.

Today, down a POUND to 125.2. I took a picture in case I never see that again!

I think it was left over losses from the last of P2 that didn't show up because I messed up the first couple of days of P3 with getting over tired (= inflammation} and was not getting enough sleep. So things finally settled down and wooops, the losses showed up!

All that bouncing around in the pool couldn't have hurt. I was still very tired yesterday, so was able to only do 2 laps, putting me back a week, but it is my stamina that was the problem. I just couldn't get enough breath to keep going plus my 'Scoop" stroke (what instructors who teach kids call the crawl) has some kind of bug that I can't figure out. I get water in my mouth and then try to breathe it, which is not good. I had to stop 3 times in one length and gasp like a fish OUT of water. I think I was just tired and my rhythm was off a bit, puttng my mouth back in the water while I was still trying to get a breath.

But, my SMALLEST jeans, that I have been wearing all week, are a bit LOOSE. Wait, I have been wearing them all week, so no longer freshly laundered. I'll wash them tomorrow and see how they are on Monday.

I'm doing roasted green beans and deviled eggs for Easter dinner tomorrow, so lots of boiling pots right now. My cousin wants to gril a buffalo brisket and sides for that are baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad... bleh. I not only don't want to eat them, I don't like any of them! So taking things I can eat. Oh and a chopped saland.

What are you cooking, if not for Easter, for any weekend dinner?

    Onward!

Pearly, all that sounds sooo good! I filled eggs and baskets last night for my kiddos and lemme tell ya, the temptation is real. I'm not cooking too much today, simply because I'm being selfish LOL.

Tomorrow will most likely be my LIW. Glad to have a nice cushion under 130 also and hope I can maintain it.

Happy Easter, ladies! Have a beautiful day!

Now, over 2 hours later and I am SO hungry. Like the hunger from when dose was too high, so I'm thinking today might be LIW. This is insane.

Well.....decided to have yesterday be my LIW. Up 0.2 today to 124, no idea why. Oh, maybe this 11 day freaking TOM? LOL I kinda wanted to lose a couple of more pounds, but I was absolutely starving until the evening yesterday and I'm tired of going through that. This round has been a difficult one regarding hunger and dosage. I figure if I am not stabilizing in p3, I will hop back to p2 for the remaining 13 days....so we'll see. Excited for p3 Wednesday after 6 am!

Whew, tmott, you have had a rough round. But 124 is a wonderful place to land!

Wooopsy! I over indulged yesterday at Easter dinner and I'm up TWO POUNDS. I can only laugh because it was my own fault. I was pretty good, with salad with balsamic vinegar -no oil- and both roasted green beans and baked broccoli, a slice of buffalo brisket, but the little bit of mashed potato and a lovely warm roll put me off kilter. So, might as well have apple pie and ice cream, right? Then I was not one bit hungry the rest of the day and snacked on mixed nuts that were too salty even for my taste. A combination sure to displease. I would try a steak day but I have to much to do to go hypoglycemic by not eating all day, so will just try to be very, very good and hope I can bring it down a bit over the next couple of days.

Right at my LDW, so really can't complain!

Finally getting a littel spring weather around here. We will probably have at least one more snow, but enjoying the warm sunny day for now!

    Onward!

My dentist said it might be long Covid since it started shortly after I got breakthru Covid before Christmas. Haven’t gotten 5th shot so am mulling it over
I am happy your shows are doing well and your still doing them. I hope your hiatus helps you. I know my Aunt had Covid last year, and now has what they call Long term Covid. She has been doing some exercise class with others but it isn't helping and sees her doctor at the end of this month. She still has the shortness of breath yet.

I am doing okay so far Rose, Thank you. I am week 3 now and sure nice to have pants fitting better. My husband so far is about the same. His trying to walk hasn't improved , so now that Spring is finally here, we will get him back on the parallel bars in the garage and see if that helps him. He goes for a CT scan tomorrow morning, as he had a bone scan in January and noticed the Cancer has spread a bit more since a couple years ago, so they just want to check on his organs etc I guess.
    See how things go
We or me lol, had been busy getting some stuff ready for a sale in a small town a couple hours away. Had a friend come pick up some stuff to take to it. Hope it all sells.

Plus I had a job interview today, that I was restudying my notes from years ago as it involved some testing first, then the interview. I should know in a week if I got the job. I sure hope so.
I hope you had a great Easter Rose.

I meant to get on here earlier and wish you all A Happy Easter. It was a good weekend. Quiet for us, but that is fine. My daughter was home the weekend before so that was nice.

@Jayk… prayers for you to get the job you applied to. Happy you are doing well on Hcg. It always feels good to get back to eating healthy. Truly sorry to hear your husband is not doing well. I know it is frustrating for all of you.

Well didn’t weigh for cpl days and am up .6 over Liw. However that means from last weigh in I am up about 1-1/2 lbs.
today is day 18. Plenty of reasons to be up. I had jerk pork and chicken Sunday and leftovers of same yesterday. Bacon jerky and white cheddar for breakfast. Yesterday had another skin biopsy on my cheek right close to my eye that looked suspicious. Will wait for results. Last year had surgery on my forehead. All that time in the sun and aging makes me a candidate for skin cancers. Just keep appointments every 6 mos to stay on top of it.
Didn’t drink enough water last cpl days so gonna be careful to try to end P3 under my LIW. I don’t do steak days and since I am not 2 lbs over there is no need.

Pearly and tmott. You are both my heroes this round. You too JayK.

Good to hear from you Jayk! I also have been diagnosed with" Long Haulers" after Covid, though I never had a positive Covid test. Still I was sick with a bronchitis thing for most of spring and half of summer 2020 so probably bad testing. I have been short of breath ever since. It has taken my until this spring to get enough strength back to try to do something about it. I had every test in the world and used up a hellofalot of insurance money, to have them tell me to do cardio to improve my lungs and energy. Uhhuh. If I coulda done that, I wouldna been driving to Denver 10 times for the dang tests!

But the water aerobics ARE helping. My balance is a bit better, my energy is better, though when I get tired it takes me days to get back up again. My breathing is still stamina related rather than asthma or some other lung condition. But my swim teacher SAYS she can see improvement. I get frustrated, but at least I can now try to do something. It was bad timing as the time it takes to get stronger is being offset by becoming older at the same time! UGH.

I'm down a WHOPPING .2 today which puts me back to .2 under LDW. I don't need a correction day but I will continue to try to drink a LOT of water for the rest of the week. I am on uh... Day.... I'm in P3 and it started....uh.... IDK. I think Sunday was the end of my first week. Rocky. So I'm not quite half way there.

    Hello April Peeps!!

I have started and quit an EMBARRASSING amount of times. No really I hold the record. Back in 2012 went from 142 (which I thought was big BAHAHAHAHA) to 126 that was my most successful round. Wash, rinse, repeat lose 10 here and there. Gain some back here and there. Lose some here and there quit, quit and quit again. And here I am at 165 I'm probably most mad about the fact that I'll have to do TWO rounds because for my brain I am going to commit to a short round.

I don't even want to get back to 120's because it's just not realistic for me - I'm 53 and 5ft 8 ish. I'd be SUPER happy to be in the 130's. So yea I'm HOPING 15 ish pounds in 2 rounds for a total of 30 ugh.

Loading tomorrow with the daily pellets from Inside Out Wellness.

Can someone refresh my memory short round is 2 days loading plus 23 days VLC? Then 2 days no pellets because of homeopathic? I will try to look it up can't believe I forgot that. I always THINK I'm going to do 40 days and I think that is where I get messed up because it's daunting.

Also I was at a party over the weekend and there were a bunch of pictures taken - I actually cried - I thought I looked cute when I left the house but the pictures actually said I looked HORRIBLE

Anyway nice to see you ladies on here
