    Ree, I betcha one of these mornings you're going to get on here with a massive loss. I'd either write it off to the melba, or your body is just trying to keep up with the fat cells lost / fill with water / lose the water weight cycle! I have read about quite a few women on here who "stall" for a few days only to weigh in one morning with a 3-4lb loss all at once!

    Quick question: How does ACV affect you? I haven't been taking it each day and will be from now on. Just curious on your thoughts. I literally just had a tablespoon of Braggs. Mmm, mmm, good. Ha.

    I'm from the Cleveland area, about 20 minutes from downtown in a small town.

    Rebecca, Kat, and Kini: I think it was the melba toast! I'm down .8 this morning! I didn't have toast last night.
    It's the only thing I did differently than I've done every day.
    I also lowered my dosage yesterday and didn't have as much hunger issues. (they were light and only came when it was close to meal time)
    So hopefully I'm getting back on track!

    What are your thoughts on having a piece if fruit before I go to bed? Last night I got up and nibbled on pita chips. Grrr... Casey, my fiancé bought them last night to bring them to work this morning. I'm so annoyed with myself. These small cheats are CRAZY with this diet.

    Mon. Stayed the same
    Tuesday. .5 up
    Wed. Stayed the same

    So I'm up a pound since Sunday. I haven't gone to the bathroom, since Saturday as well. I'm hoping for a big drop, but now I'm getting discouraged. Should I do an apple day if I am the same tomorrow?

    WooHoo!!! Down 3.6 pounds this morning Love the first week of vlcd. Looked back in round 1 and I had lost 3.4 after the first day. Cheryl, that is crazy...we both lost and only gained 1.2 lbs during loading. Janet, see I knew you would see a good loss I was very tired yesterday and a little hungry yesterday afternoon but I pushed through it....and I love when it pays off. Good luck everyone on your loss today and for those who stay the same....hang in there, your loss will come!

    Good morning everyone!! Well, looks like my body is settling down after my cheat... back to 173.8 this morning so at an 8lb loss, in 11 days... I'm still smiling I had an M&M last night, a pretzel one... it was just one but I felt SO guilty LOL!!!

    I agree on the strawberries! I never put anything on them!! And they are HUGE right now! I eat one and I'm done... so sweet and delicious!!

    Jamit30, I marinate my cukes in ACV and it helps to keep cravings away. I don't take it plain anymore (my dentist said it can wreak havoc on your teeth) but I use it to make dressings and in just about everything I cook LOL... ACV has wonderful health benefits so it's good to incorporate into your diet.

    Have a great Wednesday everyone! Keep those losses coming!!!

    9/26- VLCD8 (-0.0)
    9/27- VLCD9 (up 2 lbs, darn peanut butter)
    9/28- VLCD10 (lost the peanut butter lbs plus an additional .2)

    Here is what I think... the gain and stall isn't a real stall, they are results of cheating... I think the apple day is for when you are in a REAL stall, doing everything on protocol and stuck for several days. Best thing to do is to stay on protocol for a couple of days, increase your water, get some fiber in (lettuce works wonders for me) or drink some smooth move tea, and I bet you see the drops on the scale soon!! Monday and Tuesday I really gave it my best shot to get my cheat weight off, with the exception of an M&M and the scales are starting to move back down now. Give it some time... the experts are right, small cheats really do make a difference and you lose 2-4 days on the scales Good luck!!! It's coming!

    I think I read somewhere that you only do an apple day after 4 days if you have stayed totally on protocol and didn't lose. The small cheats add up as you well know. There must be something you could do to get the bad stuff out of the house. Surely your fiance' would understand?

    Good morning everyone! I hope the rest of you have good losses this morning! I am down 1.2 this morning. YAY! I love HCG!

    PS. cruisegirl, we must have been posting at the same time. Glad you are recovering from the weekend! Looks like we gave Jamit pretty much the same advice.

    I'm not a big believer in apple days, I think they are more for when you have totally stuck to protocol and haven't lost anything for 5 days. Jami, you have to tell your guy that if he brings things home he has to put them where you can't find them. This is not a diet that is OK with cheats, you stop the action of the HCG. It will use the cheat food instead of burning the fat, so you can't really get away with it. Just tell him "Look, I really need your help here" and I'm sure if you explain how important it is to you he will help.

    I'm down 1.4 this morning WHOOOOHOOOOO!
