    P4 Last Day of Month 4

    Good morning all. So glad to hear you P2ers getting a great start. Way to go, Leez, Amy!

    I set my dvr to record the stretch exercise on PBS that is on a 6 a.m. It must run more than that, as it has recorded over 50 episodes so far. And I have yet to do #1. Sigh.

    I am still kind of over booked but this is the last week of classes for my nephew and two or more round trips a day will cut back to a couple days a week. Whew. However, my sister and hubs are going on a week long anniversary trip starting tomorrow and my nephew will be having sleepovers every other night while they are gone. His older brother will keep him alive in between. My hope is that I can get back to the pool for exercise classes again and go back to trying to get strong enough to swim laps. I can swim lap, but seems like a lot of work to go to the pool for five minutes...

    I am OVER MY WINDOW. This is the creep that I get every time. I am not eating badly. Am I 100% p3? No. I am four months into P4, so I have had a carb-y thing once in a while. Most days I AM 100% P3. In the past two weeks, I had a cupcake on my birthday, half a muffin a week later, a piece of cake the following Thursday, and this last Saturday, I went to a restaurant and could not find one thing on the menu that I could both afford and eat P3 style. Ended up getting a small bowl of clam chowder, ie. wet potatoes with teeny clam pieces. Oh, and one small sweet potato split between two meals.

    And I am up a total of 5.2 pounds from where I was the day before my birthday.

    I will try eating pure fat/protein for a few days. Sigh. Do my clothes still fit the same? No. I wore my littlest jeans yesterday, and they were NOT comfortable. So I am back in my next size up ones.

    I cannot do a round again now. I still have to have thyroid blood tests.

    This happens to me every time. My old 139 set points are out to get me back.

    Sending good thoughts, Pearlie. I know that feeling of dread that unstoppable regain has started and it is not fun. Praying for you that you will receive the key you need.

    P2D7: -1 pound 143m, 6 pounds down so far.

    I'm finally seeing some change in my body now. Torso is getting flatter mainly. Tomorrow will be the weigh in after the first full 7 days of P2. I usually get between 6-8 loss so I am right on track.

    I remembered to do the stretching workout today. Of course, it was floor work day. Not my favorite, but I do feel better afterwards and didn't hurt myself, so its all good.

    PearlyMae sending you good vibes to get back on track. I know it's a struggle on knowing what to do. I think getting to the pool would be awesome. Might have to kick yourself there lol.

    Leez, happy your seeing changes, that makes P2 so much better. I am seeing changes in my sides as well as the tummy. Good job on the workout. I didn't get any done as I had planned.

    We went shopping today for my Birthday and had lunch. I had vegetables and chicken. Best I could do. I love Tatcha products, so my daughter and her husband splurged on me today. I like sharing so bought them some Lululemon and some dolls my daughter collects.

    I have to work the night shift tonight, and got up early this morning, had a sleep this afternoon, until the neighbor is having their roof replaced and the roofers woke me.

    I didn't get any boxes sorted, but have my new office cart unpacked, not put together yet lol. My husband wanted me to find something in the garage yesterday and that was enough lol.

    @ Rose, your doing great. Have a great week and I am sure you will be fine doing P3 style. Here is hoping for you.

    P4 Month 5

    Well, whew. Back down just below LIW. No idea why. No change in habits but careful P3 style.

    I am not out of the woods. This is feeling familiar. Up two pounds, freak out, drop down again, then back up that 2 pounds. Give up and call it good. Next 2 pounds pop up. Then down. Then back up again. And so it goes back to 15 pounds. GRRRRR.

    Good grief.

    I will keep working on it. Yes, the pool would be awesome.

    I have quite a to do list. Get groceries isn't on it, so I can't go too wild!
