    k, I continue to take my supplements and to use my regular face and body products. I do hcg 2.0 and focus on getting enough protein every day.

    Good morning lovelies!

    Mermaid sorry to hear about the concussion. I hope you are recovering well. My parents popped by on the last day of my P2 and then again back through now that I'm in P3. My dad asked alot of questions so maybe he'll give it a try. He needs to lose that hard to lose belly weight.

    Beginning my P3 day with no more 500 calories day. I'm .8 below LDW so moving along. Added in a breakfast shake.
    R1 Start 149 - End 135.4

    R4 129.6 - 119
    5 years later! Maintained until medical menopause in October 2023
    Gained 10lbs from no Estrogen - on HRT and ready to lose the lbs.

    Yikes! I am up another 1.2 today. That puts me back under LIW by only .2. I was getting cocky about staying at the bottom or under my window the past weeks. Dang.
    I had a LOT of protein yesterday and no unusual carbs, so I have nothing to confess. That bunny was a TINY bunny, so not blaming him. Just gotta watch myself, drink my water and hope I am not on the usual upward trajectory that hits about now every dang time.

    Hi trinket, many of us have to deal with those body changes as we go through menopause. You've done great holding the line and then your body betrays you. It is not fun!

    Most don't follow the hard & fast no oils in cosmetics rules anymore. Especially anything you wash off. Its the leave-on stuff that can cause problems for some. But not everyone, so give your stuff a try and see how you do with it.

    You can take most supplements. The little bits of starch in most tabs/capsules will not hinder the diet. If you take those big honking fish oil capsules though, you should take a break from those. The little tiny vitamin D3's will not cause a problem. Collagen and biotin should not cause a problem, unless you take enough collagen to significantly increase your protein levels. Don't use it to replace your menu proteins. But I have successfully added bone broth as an addition during the diet, so I'm pretty confident collagen alone will not cause an issue.

    will use 147.2 as liw. stopped hcg Sunday So the round produced a 10.4 lb loss. Lowest loss ever but admit to not being on protocol on many days. this was first time i never could get my eating under control. i will go to p3 on Wed night or Thursday 7.2 lbs from goal. hope to maintain thru end of May and do short round in early June (23 shots). will make fresh batch by then. i have 3 5000 vials Fertigyn hcg i got last week that will exp in 2026

    btw. my hunger i experienced has subsided since i stopped hcg. go figure! only thing i can think is somehow i messed up mixing this time.

    146.4 so ate clean yesterday. without hcg my appetite normal so starting p3 tonight. i don’t usually eat dinner so i mean i might have a protein snack after my 72 hrs. maybe not. was happy to get back to 146. it was my true weight morning of my llast shot but then i took half dose Sunday night. maybe p 3 will bring me close to the 145s

    PearlyMae, you got this.. I am sure you will come down again in a day or two. Just eat something you know you can for a couple days.

    Trinket, it's true most of us are not hard core on the cosmetics, shampoos etc. I have never had an issue.

    Leez, I agree if the foods are sitting there then yes I agree I am tempted. I make things and have to do the same and realize not too make a meal of the extras lol. Just limit myself to one.
    It's hard if I am hungry and don't feel like making something up.

    Good job Rose, we all know it's best to have your head in this to work properly. I am sure you will know when your ready again. But it's still great you lost. Congrats and enjoy P3

    Many struggles many solutions many successes. That's the Lovelies!

    AFM. I am down part way. Down yesterday 1.1 and down today .8. I still need to lose. 1.1 to get back to where I was. Thanks, Jayk. You are right, I just have been eating carefully, and it has helped.

    The reason I worry is that after EVERY OTHER ROUND I have started to creep back up and finally I give up and bury my face in a carrot cake or something. So UP freaks me out. Pant. Pant. Gotta breathe.

    I have a new goal to look forward to. My niece is getting married in June in Iowa and my other sister and I figured out the $$$ to go, so now I REALLY have incentive to stay at this weight. I have a gazillion summer dresses from my previous work to choose from, all size 6 or 4. My old work place did not have air conditioning so summer dresses were a defense against dying from heatstroke. I have OFTEN done a round in February, and hit in P4 April and was able to maintain my weight until August or so. Yeah. 3 or 4 months but at least I enjoyed myself in the summer! My winter clothes are all a size or two up.

    Mine too, now that I can eat eggs again. I usually add avocado and grape tomatoes to make a breakfast feast. Yay for first day of P3....way better than Christmas morning. ^_^

    I agree I love the bacon and eggs as well starting P3. I always mean to add avocado and grape tomatoes but keep forgetting. Glad you get to enjoy again Rose

    PearlyMae, that's great you are down. I know what you mean about how easy it is to just start creeping up and then wow it's there all those pounds. I hate how easily that can happen.

    You are doing great though, keeping a close eye on it and now have a wedding to look forward too. Yay and have outfits even to wear then.

    We got snow again lol. At least until Sunday, then warming right up again after that.
