    Cool Mustard salad dressing

    I just made a really good dressing. Mustard (check label for sugar), tablespoon of milk, about 1/2 package of Stevia or less just taste it, Italian seasoning. Some people use apple cider vinegar too. I just mix all this together in a bowl. I taste wonderful, I am not a big mustard fan but when you are not getting anything else it really tastes good.

    Hi everyone! I am starting to load tomorrow, and am trying to psych myself up for the injections. I am very intimidated! But I am determined. I am 245 lbs and need to lose around 100 lbs to get to a healthy weight. Is anyone else eon injections? How was your first?

    Hello everyone. Congrats on everyone's losses. I am in R1/P2/VLCD/Day #27. I am down nearly 23 lbs. This diet is THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME. I have a LOT of weight to lose and with my support group(2 friends doing the diet with me)and the love and encouragement of my 2 sons(17 and 9)plus all the support I've gotten on this site(I've posted just about EVERYWHERE )I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!!. I have so far...knock on wood...not gained a single pound on this first round,though of course I had lots of mini stalls with TOM visiting. I've never felt sick, lightheaded, or any other adverse effect. Again, knock on wood. I have 18 days left in this round. I'm soooo nervous for P3 I wish everyone continued success on their journey. Stay the course..no matter what occurs...and you will be successful! Have a wonderful week!

    BTW I am doing HHCG Drops but for R2(starting May) gonna try the Pellets just for something different

    Will Green Tea CAPSULES work just as well? Or does it have to be the tea?

    Hi Christine - sorry, I just saw this. Anyway, no negative impact (as far as I know) whatsoever from the rice vinegar. Since I had that meal I lost 1.8 lbs and then 1.2 lbs. How did you find that out about the sugars? The rice vinegar bottle I have (Marukan) has ingredients listed as rice and water and all the carb values, calories are zero? Is it in a calorie book somewhere? I don't want to mess up on something like vinegar! LOL

It's been a good replacement for coffee (which I just can't bear to drink without heavy cream).

    Hey, if you survived P2, then you will rock P3...you will do this!! And 18 days....lucky you. I'm right behind you with 24...but if I feel good, I may be on a bit longer. Depends...

    Hmmmm...interesting! I love rice vinegar!! But it's interesting to see since the reason the protocol allows Bragg's amino instead of shoyu is because shoyu has wheat. Rice vinegar being distilled from rice--a no-no grain. ACV is allowed because it's made from apples--which is on the plan.

    Let me know how you do on it--I'd like to see if it has an impact in the next two days.

    Thank you, I'll look for those. I love something minty and it keeps me from wanting to eat. I like Metromint Chocolate Mint water. It's all natural, no calories or sweeteners, and just a hint of chocolate mint, like the memory of a thin mint! I haven't had any coffee either since I started this because I can't drink it without cream.

    Good morning all! Down .4 this morning after showing a gain Sunday morning. Today's loss didn;t make up for yesterday's gain but still I'll take it. Week two here fo rme and so I'm hoping that it is not too bad in the loss area this week. I will say that this morning I am wearing a pair of pants that I wouldn't have dared to wear out of the house a year or two ago. Here's to shopping my closet. I hope everyone has a great day!
