    First day on diet plan, so worried.

    Hello everyone, Tomorrow 3/7/18 will be my first official diet day, I'm currently on the loading day. Although I don't feel like eating at all. I have about 15lbs to lose. I'm hoping I can get to that. My husband has lost 7.5lbs in 3 days not including his loading days. I know I won't lose as much but I'm just hoping I can stick to the food. Anyone have My advice.

    My best advice is to read Pounds & Inches (the original Dr. Simeons manuscript) and then re-read it as you go through the low calorie diet days. There is a link to it in the blue menu bar at the top of the forums.

    You should do 2 days loading while taking the HCG. The low calorie diet starts on day 3 of taking HCG. Its not uncommon to lose all appetite during the loading days. Its the HCG kicking in.

    Men do lose more than women as a general rule, but women can expect to lose about a half pound a day averaged over the course of their round. Some lose more. 15 pounds is very possible in a 30 day round.

    I have 70 lbs to lose but 30 of that is gone. I think it's very important to really want to get the weight off, it has to be a priority in your life. Sometimes it's difficult to stick to the protocol and the motivation to be a "thin person" has kept me going more than a few times. I'm afraid tho of going off the diet as I've done this before and it came back - the weight - fast and furious! That's my advice anyhow. I hope it helps.
