    Ah well your weight make sense. I know no matter how small I get Id still have hips and a butt lol. The seamstress @ the fitting last night commented on how small my waist is (different one than the first one who commented on how big my hips are lol).
    Small I hope that the adjustments help out. You're right especially while on the diet its so much easier to say I dont want it but cravings are so much worse it seems during P2, ugh.
    Jenine-boo to the scale. Poo always affects me. Ive never tried that tea. I used smooth move 1x.

    Jenine - TOM is cruel, I've been spotting all week, so I know my visit will be earlier than usual, too.

    Honey - hope you're hanging in there and enjoying being in the teens - it's my dream to get that tiny again!

    Smallfry, I usually spot before hand so I have my warning, but this time he just came crashing through the door. That's the worst.

    Sorry Jenine but I laughed out loud after reading your post! Its like a Murphys law kinda thing! That damn TOM! Congrats on the .6!

    And wahoo for you Small! Youll be at ticker weight before you know it! Its easy to get caught up in the small numbers but I have to keep reminding myself that its just a number. I would much rather have all the body fat gone!!

    Smiley I think wedding gowns look fantastic on girls with tiny waists. Your so lucky!! Thats the first thing I lose when I gain weight and then my clothes look frumpy.

    AFM-P3 day 1 was a bust. I had bacon and eggs for breakfast and within 30 minutes had the worst stomach pains, etc, etc (wont go into details)! Then the rest of the day I couldnt stomach anything. I forced myself to eat a big salad for dinner and followed it up with a cocoa crack sandwich (2 peices of cocoa crack with Coconut Manna in the middle) only because Ive been waiting weeks to try it. This morning I was up .6 , who knows why! I feel better this morning but still not 100%. Kinda disappointed because I had high p3 food expectations!!



    11/25 --Round 1- 141lbs-146 after load--LDW 126lbs--20lbs loss
    2/9--Round 2-132.4lbs after load LDW for round 2-116.6 lbs
    After 13 days in P3 couldnt stabilize
    3/20-back to P2 -treating P3 as a planned interruption 120.8
    3/28--LDW-115.2 4/20-Adjusted LDW End of P3- 116lbs
    9/23 Load for Round 3 Before load-123lbs After Load-126lbs
    10/16-LDW-114
    10/20-111.8

    I have to laugh at the whole embarrassing situation. So now I'll find out if the pants will be saved or thrown out.

    Sorry about your gain Honey. Maybe it was just too much food for the first day of P3 and your body just wasn't used to all that fat?

    Who knows what its from, I didnt eat all that much so it could be just the bit of extra food or not enough food or the coconut manna or the fact that I have this stomach thing going on? Who knows but Im not gonna stress over it. Im sticking to proteins today, I seem to be able to keep them down. Though Im craving more coconut manna.....

    FYI-Whole milk takes out bloodstains.

    Happy Friday! Busy day here today so not posting till now. DD had an eye doctor appointment then running around. I just got back from getting a new pair of pants that actually fit for an interview I have next week. I was down .6 this morning. Had a protein day today. Im set up to get a body wrap done tomorrow (have to use the living social like deal thing). Im hoping it will reduce some cellulite but eh it cant work miracles. Im also hoping it doesnt affect any losses & oh **** lol I hope my new pants will still fit...eh if anything happens Ill go exchange them. Ill let you all know the inches lost.

    Ugh honey those first few days of P3 always stink. As you said it could be a number of things.

    Good morning! Scale was down 1 today then an extra bit after a TMI event lol so Im going based on that lol. Lets hope that the wrap doesnt cause any water retention or anything...Im doing fage day today. Hope you all have a great day.

    P3, enjoy. Are you still planning to do the Leptin...keep us posted on how you're doing.

    Well the wrap totaled 14.5 inches off total about a half inch in my upper arms, a part of my stomache 2 inches and my hips like an inch, a 1/2 inch in my legs. Overall Im satisfied. I wish I had money to do more. Its mineral so I dont think Ill have any issues tomorrow if i do its probably from too much fruit today lol. I didnt measure out the simply fruit like I normally do and it tasted a little better lol...hmm oh well. I have steak made for tomorrow so I should be able to survive the entire weekend!
