P3 Day 10. Lost 1.4 lbs from the stinking steak day

Still 1.6 over my LIW. I don't like being this close to the +2 lbs.
MzAngel~ Besides not stabalizing well in P3 I am doing great. Even though I have a hard time doing workout DVD's at home I started a program I purchased over the summer that has been sitting on my self that I paid too much money for...All well I have been getting up at 5:15am, working out then getting ready for my workday. The program is called Focus T25 by Beachbody. I also just signed up for a gym membership and will start using the weight machines 3 times a week after work, taking a yoga class an the alternate days and swimming. I feel great and look pretty good except my flabby stomach-yuck!
Janeen~ THANK YOU FOR THE POST regarding stabalizing and steak days. I thought I read somewhere on here that when we need a steak day then we should reset our P3 from that day and start over again. Found that interesting.
Acugirl~Welcome to the thread! Looks like you are right around the range over LID as me, I find it scary to be this close to the +2 lb mark. I hate steak days and don't want to keep doing them! I think P3 is confusing this round and you are correct P&I states you are feel to eat whatever you want except starch and sugar. This is NOT TRUE!
Nekkocat~ I guess I should look into the salt subs. maybe that will help me. I am also looking into FMD for P4, have not made a solid commitment yet tho.
Sassifrass~ My first couple of days P3 I was not hungry really and forced myself to eat more food and added fat. I should have listened to my body because after the first day I gained a pound and still have not lost that pound!
Slagersan~ That's good you are at the same weight, one day at a time. Let me know how your sausage turns out. I looked at both grocery stores in my town and not one sausage or bacon on the self without sugar and added other junk. How did you make your sugar free BBQ sauce? Your determination to stabalize is awesome, I am adetermined as well but these steak days sure brings me down when I struggle all day not eating then wake up a smaller drop which puts me to close to the +2. mark, which makes me see another steak day in the future-grrr!
Jennifer16nurse~ Sorry the Yogurt day did not work. You are sure determined tho. Hope the egg day works! This week has been a hard week for me too! Drink your water!
Debee~ Maybe your set weight will be a little about your LIW, are you okay with that as long as you stabalize?
I hope everyone has a wonderful day! It is cold in my neck of the woods but boy is it sunny and the snow is so sparkly beautiful today! And the Northern Lights last night was AWESOME!
