    So? I have been bad,my three day sugar hit has turned into a week and a half, that's why I couldn't face you lovely ladies, I know you wouldn't judge me but I felt soooo guilty. It's so easy to say, well I just burnt off 1200 calories (running)what can I eat without consequence, which of course it is not. Sorted myself out this morning and have cooked up a chicken and vege dish to eat for the next couple of days ( it's what works for me in P2 to get back on track) I think the freedom of P 3 is soo hard, and I really have to up the carbs as well which goes against everything I have been doing, but with doing 40 - 60 km per week, I have too.

    Vic, don't feel bad! We've all been there! On one of my rounds I had a day where I just ate everything! I had several cookies, etc. It happens! I agree P3 is a lot harder than P2! Today is a new day, just start over!

    Hi all! Good morning!

    Janna- way to go with sticking it out. Even though you only got down another .5, I bet it really helped to "cement" where you are now and will help with maintenance. I replied to your message, BTW- thanks for the sage advice. I have really had trouble finding time to get on here as of late.

    Lisa, the CD sounds delish!! yummmmmmmm. One thing I do in P3 for a sweet fix is a protein shake with added stuff like SF pudding mix, extracts etc. I often do that for dinner when my family is having something like pizza that I know I cannot do. It also gives me my sweet fix, but I want to try the HWC and berries too.

    Vic, when you are running that much, maybe the indulgence won't stick around?!? As Lisa said, some days all we can do is start fresh. You've got this....

    LIW for me will be this Sunday and after how non-compliant I have been this P2, I will be surprised if I lose much new weight in the round at all. Oh well, at least I will go into the trip knowing I need to stick with P3 foods and at a good comfortable weight. We will be walking A TON on the trip, so hope to come back at same weight as when I leave!

    I will be MIA for awhile due to trip. Look forward to catching up when I get back (10/7)....so much to do to get prepared until we go! Esp. getting all 3 kids ready for 2 weeks without mom and dad.

    Morning!

    Ang, have a great time on your trip! That is so exciting! Like you said, at least you're at a comfortable weight and you know you need to stick to P3 foods. Do the protein shakes have to be mixed with milk? I've avoided them since I can't do milk. Maybe I need to experiment a little. The HWC and berries is heavenly, but by the end of the day you're tired of sweets for a while.

    Hi!
    Lisa, I mix the protein shakes with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (only 30 cals!) and it is delicious!

    I like the Biochem or Jay Robb shakes- Jay Robb is expensive but good!

    Hey, Janna! How are you doing?

    Yes, I'm starting round 5 this weekend. My first load day is Saturday. This round will get me very close, possibly within 5 pounds of my goal. Woo-hoo! I've been crazy busy with classes lately. I just got my certification as a Lifestyle & Weight Management coach and now I'm working towards getting certified to teach this alternative to yoga called PraiseMoves.
