    Ang, that is a great loss...! I do know how you feel though... I am struggling to break thru a plateau right now too and the days are ticking by... I only have 7 more days on the VLCD and I have 5.5lbs left I want to lose... Arrrgggg

    My biggest issue with this diet is always "the bathroom"... or lack thereof.

    Hi friends! Hope you break that stinkin' plateau soon Janna- I hate when the clock is ticking down the days and you KNOW it is bound to happen, but WHEN!?! I share the bathroom issues on P2- sometimes it is days upon days between, ugh!

    So you know, I had the administrator change my user name to "angiebaby7194". I did not know when I created it that it would be displayed as it was.

    My vlcd 4 has not been so great-- .6 GAIN this morning after 2.6 loss yesterday-- booooo. Also, I have a headache that won't stop. It is driving me crazy-- not debilitating, but just a really dull and achy head. Perhaps sugar/carb detox effect? Whatever it is - it needs to go AWAY. Feeling pretty miserable.

    Ang, don't despair girlfriend... you will lose it...! The headache is most definitely resulting from the new diet / fat flush.... and if you're load was anything like my load... well. DOH!

    By the end of this week you will be down to your LIW and then you will need to likely be super diligent with the protocol in order to reduce further... you might get to the 2lb under LIW okay... but then the release is SOOOO SLOW! But stick with it and you will rock your European trip

    Went to the DR today and I'm down 3lbs in my 1st week. I'm pretty excited since 2 of those days were load days and I haven't been very active this week. I am impatient though and can't wait to lose at least 15 lbs.

    Angela, have you tried taken Magnesium before you go to bed? Helps with the bathroom issues

    Also, I have the headache too. Even after I drink a little coffee I still have a slight headache. It's crazy that it can have this affect on me & Makes me not want to get addicted to caffeine or sugars ever again! .

    Morning all!

    Have you tried Smooth Move tea for the bathroom issues? I always have to use that at least once a week while I'm on P2. A word of advice though, get the chocolate flavor. The other is horrible! You let it steep for at least 30 minutes and then drink it at bedtime.

    Morning everyone!

    How is everyone doing? We are going in spurts here now... everyone is so darn busy eh?

    Vic, haven't heard from you in a while... what's all new?
    Lisa, I have used smooth move once before - I prefer a natural aid called Cleanse More that I buy at my local health store. I find it doesn't cause those yucky cramps.
    Ang, how is P2 going? Send a progress update girlfriend!

    Well, I am in a dilemma this morning. I am down 6lbs from my 1st start date weight and 4.5 from my last LIW and I am scheduled to end 4 days. My overall goal was 10lbs is short round (which I thought was realistic). My dilemma is that I leave this afternoon and am traveling for work all week and will be in 4 different cities between now and Wednesday and will be eating out every day (which usually ='s little to no losses in my experience). My question is: do I make today my LIW or do I put my head down for the next 3 injection days and hope for the best? Any thoughts or opinions on this ladies???

    Morning friends! I'm hanging in there. My correction days keep getting farther and farther apart, so that's a good thing.

    That's a tough one, Janna! I think I'd probably use today as your LIW.

    Harry- way to go on the nice loss!!
    I have tried magnesium- but wow, did it cause me some GI distress! I have also taken a "senna" tablet- same thing, but both were highly "effective."

    Lisa, maybe I will get some of the tea!

    Janna, I think in your shoes, I would call today my LIW and concentrate on P3 while traveling. It is so hard to travel, eat out and be in P2. BUT, you have to do whatever will make you feel the best/happiest! I know you are not thrilled with the results this round! I am feeling your pain, but it is ALL my fault. I cannot stop cheating. It is not hunger either-- just things being there and me being weak. SO much so that I have decided if I cannot stay "POP" today and tomorrow, I am calling it quits, transitioning to P3 and pretending this P2 never happened! So far so good today, but I was awful all weekend. Feel like I am just not mentally "in the game," you know?! If I can straighten myself out (and I think I can!!!) I will have 14 vlcds until LIW, so I should make SOME progress in the round overall. AGGGGGGG! I hate my self sabotaging.

    Anyway, hope you all are off to a good start to this week. xo,

    Morning!

    I ate a miniature butterfinger candy bar (Why do we do this to ourselves) yesterday and I was afraid I'd be doing a CD today, but I only had a slight gain. Woo-hoo! Maybe I'm getting more stable! FINALLY!

    I don't usually eat stuff like that, but it just looked so good and was calling my name from the pantry.

    Ang, maybe you just weren't ready for another P2 yet. I think being prepared mentally is a big part of the whole thing. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just carry on. With hCG as a tool, you know you'll eventually get the weight off!

    Hi friends!

    Well, I have managed to get back on the proverbial wagon and hoping to hang tough until my trip. What a waste the beginning of my round was though & all 100% my fault! I was supposed to go out for a lunch today, but found a way to get out of it. I need the structure right now- just had a teeny apple and some hcg chili (which I love). Between now and P3/trip I have a work lunch this Thursday ( I am speaking so no chance to get out of that- hoping to just eat before I go), dinner with friends Sat., another work lunch Monday (best client's bday lunch) and a friend's 40th the follow Sat. (LIW = Sun. 9/22). I am going to need to plan ahead to pull off a POP 14 days and SOOOOOOO hope to get to 135 by LIW. Then, I would feel like I accomplished something here.

    Lisa, so glad to hear a little indulgence may be possible without an inevitable CD! Great going I love love chocolate and PB together- best combo ever, IMHO. I am hoping to be there someday soon. The key being a LITTLE indulgence - that is what I need to come to grips with for sure.

    Hey everyone! Back home for a night... yay!!!! hahaha

    Well, I decided to stick with it... and it was tough...! AND I only ended up losing an extra .5lb as a result. Man it is hard to eat out (travel) on this diet...! I totally feel your pain Ang!

    Speaking of which, how is it going for you? Did you see the message I sent you earlier this week to your inbox??

    Morning ladies! I'm hanging in there about 2 pounds under my LDW.

    I made up my own correction day that worked pretty well and got rid of my sweet cravings. I mixed up a batch of heavy cream with blueberries, strawberries, and stevia. I used the mixer before adding the fruit so it was kind of like cool whip. Then that's all I ate all day. It was so good and I felt full all day because of the fat, but by the end of the day I was SICK of sweet!

    Janna, I can't imagine trying to do P2 while traveling! Good for you for losing at all!
