Wow Jenny you have a lot going on. It's a lot having to care for others on top of your own family and work, school etc. I wish you great success on your round. Try , I say Try to look after you as well.

Amy, congrats on your loss and figuring out your dosage

Leez, glad your steak lunch went well and Cheering you on for the 130's. It's so nice to have your jeans fit properly.

PearlyMae, hope all is settling down for you. I can get overwhelmed too sometimes with everything I have to do.

I took my husband to the Doctor today, got some boxes sorted in the garage, and found the things my husband wanted. Now we will be able to see if he can still do his hobby or not. If not he will have to learn to live with it, as we all told him we will help get it set up, but won't help him do it. Anyway that will be another day to get ready and set up

I have a couple more things to do, and might possible get to enjoy a day off tomorrow, haha will see.

I am doing okay so far in P3, and enjoying being able to eat as I get hungrier on different shifts. Need the energy.

I take collagen etc too, and bone broth, but I was using Dr. Kellyann Bella Biotics and my skin felt and looked wonderful when I was on that. I may switch back to it as my legs aren't looking as nice as I would like them too. Will post back in a few weeks after taking it again and let you all know if there was a difference.

Hello gz9gjg, hope all is good with you. How is your leg doing?

Hi Jayk, I'm doing well, thanks for asking. I walked 2 miles a couple of days ago, and am now driving my car again. (I had to wait on that because it's a stick shift.) My knee is still not fully healed, but I have a good knee brace that helps. I do need to work on strength, balance, and flexibility.

Rose, tooth extraction is soooo much easier than fillings and root canal etc. I have an absolute phobia about going to the dentist so not going to say it is enjoyable. Ha. As if! But I remember I was pleasantly surprised when I had some back extra molars removed. Pop and done.

Oh that is good to hear, so glad it went well. I agree on the AC and having a different mechanic looking at it.

That's awesome Rose. You did great while on the road. I agree with PearlyMae, that a tooth extraction is much better than a root canal. But yes any Dental work is a big thing. My Daughter just had a tooth extraction as a tooth broke in half, after having Dental work lol. She will get an implant there. It was a back tooth.

Nice you walked 2 miles. I took the Pomeranian on a walk tonight, but he can't go that far lol. Good for you. And must be nice driving again. The strength will take time for sure.

Had a good day off, and got some paperwork done. My husband tried his hobby today. It took a bit out of him, and he asked me if I thought it was too much. I told him that is up to him and at least he is trying, and he will know in time if he can do it or not.
    Back to work tomorrow.

P2D17: down a pound, 139. Finally in the 130's. My body made me wait for it....after 4 weigh-ins with no loss.

My heart goes out to you, Jayk. It is so hard to watch someone you live decline.

@Rose, my mom had to have all her teeth extracted back in December and got dentures finally a couple of months ago. She's decided to get implants put in to help stabilize the dentures. That is coming up on the 21st. It has been a difficult road for her. If they can do a bridge/partial, it would be so much cheaper and easier on you. I hope it all goes smoothly!

@JayK Good for your husband giving his hobby a try again. I'm not sure what has happened, but I will add you both to my nightly prayers.

@Jayk. i was making arrangements to order parts and have another mechanic fix the AC on my Ford truck. Ford service manager sat down with me and said as a one time only deal he was offering to do the whole job for $1800 tax included instead of $2400.
tho it’s still a lot it is a compressor issue and metal pipe. so decided to let Ford do it ready Tuesday
