    Good Morning ladies!!!!
Kerbear i'm so happy for you, I total understand where you are coming from on the whole gained the weight back from a whole round. I went on vacation and ate like a everything i wanted. It is most definitely a life change and that is what we have to remember. I do so good but i start adding sweets and the scale is not so friendly to me. I just have to change my life style if I want to loss.
Firegirl don't get discouraged it is probably muscle that you are building. My scale has not been nice either but i have got compliments from my co workers so even thought the scale is not moving i can feel it in my clothes and see it in the mirror.
Any Ideas on how to take off the tummy fat. I have rolls and can't seem to get ride of them. Do you have any ideas? Does HCG get ride of the fat from the tummy area and my big a^%? haha My legs look like toothpics but my butt and mid parts don't seem to go down.

snoopy--- I am fighting that belly fat too... not sure what the answer is... I am hoping the answer is exercise... that is my plan with the treadmill workouts.... I don't see too many runners with belly fat!!! I keep hoping the hcg will take care of it...maybe it will if I do another round? I could stand to lose another 10-15 pounds..... maybe then it will go away? My problem areas are my arms and belly.... frustrating!

I had a hamberger for lunch yesterday felt guilty so i didn't eat supper. Damb it i love beef but it don't like me.

I have girls night with drinks and dinner tonight. I so hate going out when i'm in P2 because I see all the good stuff on the menu and i don't make good food choices. We are so limited in P2. Does anyone eat ranch dressing in P2? Is there any dressings from the store that we can have.
Some one smack me and send me a wake up call.

Firegril- I so know what you mean i have bat wings under my arms. I bought one of those weights that you shake and it is supose to tighten your arms. I've done it once and it was quit a little work out. I think your right about the whole running thing. The last time that i even attempted to run was like back in High school. I am like the worse when it comes to exercise. I use to walk 2 miles about four years ago, then i developed planters fashia so i stopped. I bought a treadmill last fall and i think i have used it a whole 3 times. I just need to start out slow and stick with it.

snoopy--- Yes, start slow, just walking on the treadmill.... I will NEVER love working out... and I really do not like running or jogging... I am hoping that by doing it 3-4 times a week I will eventually learn to love it... or at least like it more.... I know I need to do it and if it helps keep me off of insulin and keep my weight down, I will do it...I just want to like it or enjoy it.... even in high school (MANY years ago) I did not like P.E. all that running and lifting weights got in the way of my beach tanning sessions! ;-)

    Hi girls.
I have been crazy busy with just everything, and have been remiss in my duties to check in. I am in p3, and the last round was a bust! I couldn't get below 189, and now am up to 194. I am not going to moan about it. My on lack of moivation. I still feel I hav accomplished a HUGE feat losing 60lb in under a year. Maybe my moivation will return next year. I am going to hang in through the holidays, and hope the new year brings some motivaion to do anoher round my way.

Kerbear: that's great news about Chad. I hope he keeps progressing well. You hav nothing to be ashamed of. You have had to do it tough for a long time. You haven't given up. That's success in itself.

I don't know of any off hand.... I am not a big dressing fan, but I made a mock honey mustard with plain mustard, water, and stevia. I also put strawberries, apple cider vinegar, water and stevia in my magic bullet to make a strawberry vinegarette that was pretty good..... hope that helps!

You can do it!!!!! We all fall off, but you gotta just dust yourself off and get back on. You are probably retaining some water, which can add to it all. We are here for you!!!!!!!!
