Snow is still falling here. Hopefully it will pause in the morning so I can shovel it.

I was a bit hungry when starting up again and skipped a dose yesterday. This afternoon and evening I am so cold and lo and behold not hungry at all so I guess I did the right thing! I noticed before my interruption that I felt a little hungry here and there and I know I need to adjust the dose during rounds typically. The plan is P3 on 1/23.
    Been pretty tired too!

    Onward everyone!

Just popping in to say hi. Day 7 with a 6.5lb loss so far. Lazy weekend, which of course comes with thoughts about food. I'm not hungry except at mealtime, but looking for the entertainment of reaching for something to snack on. I am always struck by how often this happens when I'm on this diet, which shows me that my eating isn't always related to hunger and I try and focus on that. When I'm busy it's not a problem. So obviously I need to stay busy!

I hope everyone is doing well and not spending too much time digging yourself out of the snow!

Good Morning everyone. I see everyone is getting snow now lol. Started to snow last night before bed. Not too bad though less than 2 inches. I am glad its Sunday though and not Monday Morning. Its the fluffy stuff so roads should be good.

I shoveled the deck off only, so the dog can go out and not pack it down. I will finish up later.

P3 is going well so far. I wasn't too hungry yesterday. I finished my chicken off (P2) meal, and only had some zero sugar pickles and a chunk of cheese. I don't do too much dairy so just had a little bit in P3. Mostly parmesan if anything. Today I will try bacon and eggs.

Glad your doing okay mrsstrong and hope your energy gets back up there, and you feel warmer soon.

Mo55, I am usually the same , reaching for something yet I am not hungry. If I stay busy I don't do that either. This time around was better for me, so hopefully I get that under control as well. But my plan might be to make sure I have veggie snacks and reach for that instead if I need something. I also have bone broth, and find it helps so I don't want snacks.

    Have a great day everyone

    Happy Sunday, everyone!

I hope you P3-ers are doing well!

We don't have snow here now but some serious cold is coming with freezing temperatures at night. And it will be raining during the day... This is going to be a gigantic mess. I hope everyone stays safe in the coming days.

I have slept well the last two nights, so I feel more rested. P2 going well and clothes are fitting so much better. I am just so thankful for HCG to help me with the 20# I keep losing and gaining! I never have to be 250 again! I do wish I could be as disciplined with my eating when not on the diet though. That is the hardest over time. I need to make planning my food for the day something I take a few minutes for the day before. Not the day off... cause then the fridge may be empty or unappealing. Strategizing...

We got at least 4" last night, and the snow plow covered my sidewalk. Grrrr! I ordered an electric mini snow blower - the manual shovel isn't cutting it!

    Good Monday Everyone.

Not a great morning for me as I've had a 0.8lb jump in weight. This is day 8 and I know things start to jump around about now, but it still flings me into self doubt: did I eat something wrong? Did I eat too much? I had 6 oz of salmon last night which fits into my calories and I have always tolerated in previous rounds, although it has sometimes been followed by a temporary gain. No matter how many times I look back over previous rounds (I keep pretty detailed records) and assure myself that no matter the ups and downs I always get where I want to be. More or less. Say +/- a pound. Or two. Hmm.

We had some snow flurries here in the midwest but nothing that stuck. I wish it would actually snow, the grand babies would be thrilled!

Jayk, do you drink bone broth in P2?

Mrsstrong, I agree with you, planning is the most important element for me. I normally enter everything I eat during P2 and P3 into my fitness pal. I do it in the morning so it's easy to follow during the day. Once I get to P4 I stop and it's easier to put something in my mouth and pretend it has no calories. But I don't want to spend my life counting calories so I'm trying to be conscious of snacks since I basically know what my meals should look like. Despite everything, I am getting better at that.

Enjoy your snow if you have it!

    P4 Day .... 5 maybe?

    Hi all!
I will have to go back and see where I left off as I skipped a day or two and now I can't remember when I started P4. LOL. Pretty sure it was on the 3rd.

Yep, I need to go shovel. Again. Winter in Colorado. We have had a few years with little snow, but that brings summers with many forest fires, so it is not a good trade off. I saw posts on Next Door of a new person asking how to shovel snow when he leaves at 3:30 a.m. for work. Lots of old f@rts told him HOW to use a shovel or a broom (a broom?) but nobody told the poor guy NOT to shovel. He has 24 hours to do his sidewalks from the time it STOPS snowing. Ridiculous to make him think he needs to be shoveling in the dark in the middle of the night. I may have to go set them straight...

I have been up a bit and down a bit and am pretty close to where I was, so that's how P4 goes! So far. So good. I feel like my head is still in the game, so will just see how long it lasts. Two more weeks and I should be cleared to go back to pool exercises. I still want to get strong enough to do laps eventually.

    Onward!

I had a chat with our community manager about the plows pushing snow onto the sidewalk, that I have to shovel off. She said nobody would yell at me for being slow to shovel; but she's also going to talk to the plow guy. We'll see.
