I had it happen to me once so far. I'm going to contact the webmasters and have them look into it. It is apparently not just affecting slimshady.

FYI, I'm better. Decided I can find another provider and went back on my meds. I have enough for now and only took 3/4 of the dose I was on before. Like Sunshine after a tornado! I was up FIVE POUNDS as of yesterday, and was FREAKED out. But I'm down 1.6, which, while over LIW, is at least back in my window. So I have hope. Will continue the Iodine protocol. Onward ever buddy! P

Applauding your decision. It is a shame that providers ignore symptoms when dosing, but it is so prevalent. You can read and learn to interpret your own tests. It is complicated, but not rocket science. StopTheThyroidMadness has tons of good information on what exactly is optimal and how to get there.
I bet you are feeling more hopeful about things today after that nice drop.

Good morning, Lovelies - Last day of packing. I'm tired of the chaos, and anxious to get on the road. When I'm finally in my new place, I'll be doing a round.
I hope all the problems with posting get solved. So far, I haven't had any troubles. My Android phone and Chrome browser seem to be compatible with whatever the site admins are doing.
Thank you, Slimshady!
wow gz, I don't even have the energy to imagine what it would take to move myself to a new place. I bet you are feeling great about finally getting to this point. Good luck in your move. A fresh start can be good in so many ways.

Good morning, all, and happy Sunday! I'm down another .6 so yes, feeling more hopeful! I'm not back to feeling as strongas I was, but def better. I postponed my swim lessons and did not even do the pool at all last week. I hope to get back to at least 2 or 3 workouts this week and build up again. Thank you all for letting me vent and scream! P
PS STTM site was a lifesaver years ago. It is mostly a book now and blogs but still helpful.

Congrats for hanging in there, despite the challenges. I wonder if you divided your dosing to 4 times a day if that might make any difference for your night time hungries?

Shady, I hate to see you suffering. You are really brave to have continued this long. I can't say I understand what you are feeling by "being on this hormone." Other than hunger, I've never felt any effects of it. I use injections, so one dose in the a.m. and done for the day.
I do know that I started a round earlier in the winter at a very low dose, 110, had hunger issues like crazy. I finally quit that round, reordered, remixed and went back to 125 dose...and had no hunger issues on that round at all. I had the Munchies, (still do!) but that is habit not hunger and is very different from the hunger you describe and the hunger I had the earlier round.
Leez has a very good handle on all of this, so as you continue, she is a wonderful guide. If this hunger is a dosing issue, keep working on it. Finding your sweet spot is magic and worth the effort. If you think there is a health problem that hcg is causing, that is a whole different issue. But there is a LOT of help on this site availble to you, so if you want to continue, someone will have the answers if you can work on a more precise description. Someone else will have had the same issue at some point.
I am still 3+ pounds from where I was last month, so that quick gain is not going away by itself. I would have probably been very satisfied with this weight if I had not gone under my LIW and for several weeks and seen what a difference a few pounds make. That last bit came off of my middle and now it is back. It is not my imagination, I can SEE it. I need to give it time, and get back to some exercise, too, but.... sigh/gripe/complain. Thyroid meds, if I may point out, do not MAKE one lose weight. They only ALLOW one to lose if all else is equal.
Not sure what I will do. Just gratful to be operating more normally.
Rose, are you traveling?
Onward!

Shady, you do this protocol they way it works for you. If more protein helps you and keeps you going, you are not going to get any judgement from anyone here. You know your body best! P
