Yes, we have been friends for over 30 years, and we are both retired. Of course, I paid his expenses. He is experienced with trailering cars much fancier than my Solstice, and his help and support was invaluable. I really wouldn't have tackled moving two cars and two cats without his help.

I usually whack the bottom of the drops bottle two or three times on the counter. But lately I have switched to nasal spray, it doesn't interact with your digestion. It recommends 5 sprays per day, so adjustable down or up as needed.

Slimshady, Have you tried a private message? You can correspond directly with anyone, and maybe your messages won't be cut off. You have never told us what device and interface you are using, with all your posting troubles it's difficult to understand your posts (as you noted)

The private messages I've received from slimshady have cut off just like the forum posts, unfortunately.

I really wonder what device / interface she is using. I have zero problems with my Android phone and Chrome.

slimshady, I don't think you are going to be able to get to the right dose when you keep changing your dose day to day. HCG doesn't work that way. It builds up or fades in your system over several days. In order to be able to properly diagnose hunger, you need to be on the same dose for 4 days, then do a skip day, then assess. When you change dose afterward, you need to be on the same dose for another 4 days to be able to do a skip day and make another change.

Slimshady, I am generally hungry the first two days of P2, then it eases off. Don't keep adjusting your dosage, it makes it impossible to diagnose if you are taking too much or too little. But with hhcg, the dosage is so small that I don't mess with it. I do well on 1 x per day tablets, or the nasal spray.

Slimshady, I strongly suggest you don't eat or take drops that late, it sabotages your success. Have a cup of hot bouillon or bone broth instead. You really should strive to stop eating, even after your round, by 3 hours before bedtime; and earlier if you can. Late snacking works against your body's natural use of nutrients, and the stuff you eat late, has a higher tendency to be stored as fat.

[SIZE=3]Whew, Slimshady, you are on some roller coaster! Gig and Leez give excellent advice. I know I have to grit my teeth at the start of each round because I am hungry until mid-day on day FOUR, so with your restart, you have not gotten to the saturation point yet. If my dose is right, somewhere around 2 pm on Day 4 it is like a magic switch has been thrown and I am fine.

Some hunger is habit, too. And hunger in the middle of the night could be dehydration and you might feel better quickly if you drink a large glass of water. I certainly am not taking your hunger lightly. It is HARD. But the ladies are right---you have to give hcg a chance to work and every time you change your dose or go off protocol, you restart from hour zero.

I have been MIA for a few days. I have an appt with a dr of functional medicine today to discuss my thyroid meds . Cross fingers. I have been a zombie for over a month now. Taking a 75% dose of what I am used to has helped, but not back to normal. I run out of steam about 2 pm most days and have no strength/energy/concentration the rest of the day. Of course, in the middle of this, one of my clients threw a bunch of work at me, and I was riddled with missing details and having to do stuff over. My brain is not firing on all cylinders. I have done some good work in the mornings, thank goodness, but later in the day, I feel like calling a nursing home and telling them to come get me.

I did pool exercises two days last week, on one day, I did two sessions. Remember when I was doing five to six sessions a week? Ha! I
