    Well, it is Saturday morning and no reprieve, so I am loading. I am actually up even further, although I did not go crazy yesterday. I had a little chocolate and some chips and am up 1.6 overnight. I suspect this round will be a real roller coaster. Maybe more like the Disneyworld ride through the rapids where there are twists and turns and you get splashed in the face every once in while!

    Tanyamac, if you are still here, where do you find the Keto 2.0 protocol? I think it might be what I need this time around. Is it book, website, blog, Facebook page? I would much appreciate a link or some hints. Anybody else know?

    I am going to set my goal to 10 pounds, half of which are re-lose. I may not get there and I may not care if I do. I will just do the best I can and see what happens!

    Good luck, Pearly! I think you will do great, especially with a conservative goal.

    I am doing alright in P3, following Leez advice on my LIW so no corrections needed. Though I still feel a bit of constipation. Advice for getting that working in P3? Fruit seems to help.

    Oooooh. 2.0. That's what I do anyway. :-) I'll see if I need to read an update on 800 calories. I use the 500 calorie protein and don't count carb or fat calories, just count carbs at around 30. Probably turns out the same.

    I don't like using my load weight, but am up another .6.
