Ok, I am soooooo out of the loop. What the freakin freak happened to Suzanne???? Our little thread is dying and that makes me sad. Of course I am not on as much as I would like, I now babysit 12 hrs a day and it is slowly turning me psycho.

Well update on my non-existant shots, they probably wont be here til oh next year because my order did not get turned in with the origanal order. Soooo frustrating. I guess I will start the new year out with them instead.

Thanksgiving was good, I am not a thanksgiving food lover or liker. I like turkey and that is it. So all I ate was that and some eggs.

Cleo-So sorry I did not get back to your email. But is sounds like things are doing better. I was going to say, for me at least, I used to be able to do coconut oil, but not now. And my TOM is sorta wacked as well with hcg. Hope you continue to stabilize well, you deserve it. I will check in better more often.

Sorry not to many personals, need to run errands. Hope your weekend is good.
4 short rounds done and at goal weight. LIW 127.4, Adjusted LIW 132.4, 5'9" BMI 19.3. Total weight loss 40 lbs in 4 short rounds, 48 inches lost.

mrsmicrobrew? Suzanne? I missed the post where she announced her leaving so I don't know exactly why she left the forum and it's hard for me to search for it because she's no longer a member (all her old posts are labelled "guest" now). I do know that Suzanne is doing fine, "keeping her eyes on the prize," and making progress toward her goal.

I have complained to the Forum Dude about a certain moderator because she is so critical, deletes people's posts, and by doing so has run a lot of people away and into posting elsewhere. For example, I see a lot of people from this forum posting on Dr. Kruse's site about leptin. The Rogue Saloon seems to be a safe haven from that moderator within this forum, so that's where I post a lot. If she deletes one of my posts or kicks me out of this forum (which she might do if she reads this post), you'll have to catch up with me on Twitter (@ladyaim) too. AFAIK that moderator is no MD and I don't need the extra stress and weight gain that comes when she criticizes me with advice that is in direct conflict with the advice I've received from the four+ MDs that have suggested or prescribed HCG for me, including at least one that took it herself.

It's always sad when a thread slows down, but that's normal. MrsM and I started Round 1 about the same time and found each other in a couple of threads. Both of those threads shut down when most everybody "graduated" to a new phase and/or round and members started a new thread. I don't know where most everybody is at in their program, but starting a new thread might be a way to keep the active members together.

ORW - I hope the little ones (or their parents) don't turn you psycho. That could undo all the progress you've made. Keep your eyes on the prize while you're keeping your eyes on the little ones.

    Good Sunday Morning!

Most of the family headed home yesterday & we take grandsweetie back to dorm today. We had a sweet time together & with daughter & I on HCG, we did pretty well...not perfectly through the holiday food mines. It might have been harder but I really didn't have too much contraband in the house but there was some.

My losses are very slow & I can accept that as I am in the last stretch & I have done some dumb stuff like getting a finger swipe of frosting off of two muffins right before going to bed last night. However, my total losses this morning come to 53.4 pounds & I am 9.2 from goal so how can I even grumble?

    Blessings & Healthful Successes, shelia

Began the second round of drops today. Got on the scale on Thanksgiving day and was down 9 lbs. Then ate stuffing during dinner, it was right in front of me... and small piece of pumpkin pie. Back on diet Friday and today down 1 more lb.

Good morning my friends!!!! So glad to see you all survived Thanksgiving without too many issues. Welcome back to those who've been missing for awhile! Good to see you! Shmeans, Netanya, Cleo! Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope all is well My Turkey day was semi-successful. End of week 1, P3...ate on protocol and was up nearly 4 pounds? WHAT THE HECK?!?! What that tells me is that someone lied when I asked what was in certain dishes. Not the first time someone in my family has done this....because, food sensitivities/allergies are all in my head....not a real issue right? Steak day (my first) and lost almost all of it. My family annoys me....I've lost about 45 pounds since any of them last saw me....did anyone say anything about it? NOPE! It shouldn't matter to me....I'm used to this kind of behavior from them....but it does hurt I guess. 33 years of being chastised by them for being "less than perfect", you'd think I'd be immune by now. /sigh Gonna stop here before I get into a really ugly rant about past discretions...not important...

On a good note, Thanksgiving with my in-laws went splendidly We don't always get along (who does?), but they are wonderful, loving people who care less about "perfection" and more about a person's heart and nature. They, at least, noticed the weight loss and commended me on it They know I'm not perfect and love me anyways

Wishing you all the best of luck in whatever phase (of HCG and Life) you are in.../huggles

Glad you all survived the Thanksgiving holiday. Hi to Shelia, Cleo, Fox, LadyA and Netayna, and Cleo: (I would love your recipe for the crustless pumpkin pie.) hope I didn't miss anyone

AFM: Had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My family all raved over my new smaller self and I just felt awesome. I wish all the world had a great family like mine! I know I am truly blessed. My weight has inched up a bit to 130.0, 2.4 above LIW. Not surprising since I ate homemade cinnamon rolls and pie over the holiday. I'll be really good for a few days and see what happens. My birthday is this week and then we have several Christmas parties coming up, so I'm not going to stress over it. I may be back for a short round in January. Plus I have a cold, so wahhhhh, poor poor pitiful me. Haha! See you all later!

    Hi to All Y'all!

Ami & Fox: So glad you had such sweet family reactions & times for Thanksgiving.

Hope you are all hanging in stronger than me in your different phases.

AFM: I had cheesecake for Thanksgiving & have been struggling with just wanting to go ape crazy eating contraband including too much fruit since!!! Today I succumbed & had an extra 8 oz Granny Smith apple & 9 oz of blackberries in addition to the 6 oz stk, 10 oz spinach & 2 oz raspberries I had allocated for the day. I even had about the equivalent of 1/2 of CC w coconut, pecans & macadamia that I haven't so much as looked at in the past 17 days of P2...whyyyyyyyyyyyy Disgusted with myself. Honey Hubs was shocked commenting that I just hadn't done that all this time... Oh well, tomorrow is a new day

    Blessings & Hugs, shelia

Ohhhh Shelia! I'm sorry to hear of your present struggles. /Huggs You can do this! It will get better I've been fortunate in that when I've slipped up and cheated, that was it...just the one time with no recurring desire for contraband. Praying for you

Greetings: Have been craving breads and sweets. Had two melba toasts and some strawberries and it went away. This morning when weighing could hardly believe the scale, since starting this adventure have had a 21 lb loss. The edema is gone and so is the blockage. Had to get on and off the scale three times to be sure it was not a dream. Didn't realize that this program worked so fast. Began this journey a little more than two weeks ago some of this was water weight. Have not been weighing daily so this was quite a surprise. Thanks again to all of you for your support.

    Congrats Girl!!! Ain't it grande???

Sheila Dadgummit, girl... you are binging on fruits!!! Don't beat yourself up. Fruits are okay, aren't they? Are you still leptin resetting? How long does that process last? I really don't know enough about that to get what you are talking about when you say you are disappointed ... are you never allowed carbs/fruits again? I sure hope not. Hopefully you have not had any ill effects on the scale or in the clothing department. You can do it!!!! Eye always, on the prize.... xoxox

netanya: YaY YaY Yippeeeee for you. I'm so glad you are having such noticeable results. The edema & blockage being gone must be a tremendous blessing for you. Keep up the protocol.

fox: Thanks for the encouraging words & for the prayers, sweetie. I have my head back in the protocol today. I was feeling old waves of self-sabotage & I really didn't want to go there so I WON"T!!!

cleo: Thanks for the encouragement, too, sweetie. I guess I could have binged on something worse, huh...hahaha i did have the CC but the fruit with it & I was probably around 70 grams of carbs. Dr. Kruse recommends no more than 25 grams of carbs when you still have wt to come off. That number is less & less but today I did pop up .4...I really expected a pound, at least. So it coulda been worse. I am ready to keep on track today.

AFM: I did not enjoy that toot nearly enough for it to be worth it. Yeah, I guess I was kinda binging on fruit. i did that once in another round and had 11 oz of strawberries right before I went to bed feeling miserable for having gone over my 500 by a full hundred. It's a new day... I am still doing the LR protocol within the HCG which is just changing meals & times but staying within the 500 cals & the HCG foods & portions. Today I will have 7 oz chicken breast & 8 oz spinach cooked in the chicken broth and call it done. I had about 4 days of fruit yesterday so I will skip that today. The blueberries didn't even call me when I was in the fridge. OK I'm done with the self beat down & will see what this week ends with. I am about 9 pounds from goal & i have been within a .6 wt range for 8 days so hopefully my toot will all be washed away soon.

Blessings, love & hugs to each of you, shelia
