I’m still doing nasal spray today. If I run out before 30 days I will use the syringes. I’m going to fill them up snd freeze them. If I need a short round they will be available

Hi Jess, it's just . . . going. I moved cross country, got here almost a month ago. I still have lots to do to get the place how I want it, but I've had to restrain myself, not try to do everything all at once.

I only weigh once per week, since my losses tend to be pretty small. So no update re weight.

My losses are usually small so after first week I tend to weigh every cpl days. I started getting moderately hungry with nasal spray so am switching over to rx hcg I filled syringes and froze about 23 and will do 7 days from fridge. Trying to keep hcg fresh. First cpl days vlcd appetite was fine but was hungry today. When I put in nostril some of the hcg drips out so not sure if it is enough. I liked the fact the drops got me started easier but plan to finish round with rx hcg. Hope switching over doesn’t create any issues. I’m down 3.5 lbs from load weight

rose, overlap the nasal spray and the injections for 2 days. Transition will work fine after that.

If you are going the other direction (RX to homeopathic) one day overlap is enough.

I was supposed to have help with a project today but he didn't show. Ugh.

I dis-assembled laminate wardrobe cabinets in the garage. Removed a plywood wheelchair ramp. Stacked all the pieces outside the garage, ready for the junk guy to pick up. I still have to arrange my stuff in the newly-cleared garage. For tonight, one car is inside and the other in the driveway. Good enough.

    I'm beyond exhausted.

Rose, I haven't had that problem, but I do blow my nose before using the spray.

AFM, no weigh-in for a few days: too many sore muscles from yesterday's marathon garage clean-up. But I'm actually feeling feeling pretty decent today, thank goodness for hot baths and a good night's rest!

Hey everyone! Good to see familiar and new faces!

I had typed up about 5 paragraphs on my phone and POOF! Gone. Busted out the laptop and here I go again lol

I've really packed on the pounds the last year mainly due to depression and anxiety. BUT now I'm back, feeling better, head is in the HCG game. I've tried other rounds the last year with a little success but I haven't really been ALL IN. Now I am and ready for a 30 day (or longer) round. I'm taking Intermountain hhcg pellets and with the exception of a dosage adjustment, I'm doing pretty good now.

Today is VLCD 11 and down 12.6 lbs. Goal is to lose 45 lbs but highly doubt I'll get it in one round but to lose 30 would be AMAZING. I've done longer rounds before with much success including my very first round 2011 losing 43 lbs in a 63 day round. Nuts! I probably can't do that again but I'll take what I can get.

I've been sticking to the protocol. Made a switch up to 93/7 ground beef from tilapia. I was getting so grossed out by tilapia so made the switch to beef. I've had some issues with beef and tomatoes combo in the past but this time, I'll be sure to rinse cooked beef super well and not mix with tomatoes. Chicken is my other protein and I'm not sick of that thank goodness. Main veggies are cucumber, spinach, asparagus, tomato. Apples are my fruit (honey crisp are the BOMB).

Lower back and hips hurt, head hurts a bit sometimes. I think that's pretty normal though? I'll be 46 in Sept. so the aches and pains keep adding up. All the more reason to drop unnecessary weight and start LIVING. I'm going to Vegas in Sept. to visit my son and daughter-in-law and then a concert end of Sept. so I really want to see how much progress I can make before then so I can really enjoy myself and feel more confident in my body.

Enough of my rambling but thanks for listening! Hope everyone is doing alright and hope the week treats us well! Onward!

Shout out to MissJess and welcome back to Natalie! Both of you sound confident and focused!

Gig, you are so brave to take on a round in the midst of such a big move! Some would say CRAZY, but I'lm going with courageous! So impressed with your sticking to this with all you are doing.
Rose, you always say you lose slowly, but end up great and you are the Little Engine That Could!

I had no loss on Thursday, but was down a pound yesterday. No loss today, but at least the pound stuck. Day 7. I was worried that with my messed up medicine routine I would have a werid round, and so it goes. I usually lose about 6 pounds the first week, not counting load, but this time around, I've lost about half of that so far. After 10 days I rarely lose more than a pound or two the rest of the round, so not expecting much. However, At least I am down out of the 130's before I ended up in the 140's again! Every .2 will help. I was maintaining so well until I got hit with 'health stuff' so just want to get back to that so I can once again work on stabilizing.

    Onward!!!

I didn’t think about blowing my nose but I do have bad allergies and congestion this month so might be a factor. I’m glad I had it available but started rx inj today. Per Leez I still used my nasal spray for two days. I didn’t take night time nasal spray cuz I thought the caffeine in it might interfere with sleep. Maybe that is why I started getting hungry after a cpl of days.

Hi Natalie. My very first round was in 2011. I’ve had some issues maintaining but here I am again. Even if I am losing the same lbs as March at least in March I stopped the creeping weight. Gonna try for at least 30 days (only did 24-25 in early March). I think the longer rounds work better. I am on day 4 of vlcd and lost 4.6 lbs from load weight. Mostly water I am sure.

PearlyMae, I find the structure of P2 reduces mindless eating. Before I moved, I was eating to empty the refrigerator and freezer. Then on the long cross-country drive, we ate at restaurants where content and portion control is difficult. Once I got sorta settled in, I wanted favorite foods; so I endulged a bit more than I should have. So: a necessary round.
