Down 6 lbs or 5.6 from load date. Depends on which scale I count. I weight on 2 scales. My glass scale and plastic travel scale. The glass is prob accurate but since I use travel scale I like to see how they vary.
Eating primarily chicken and shrimp plus tilapia occasionally. Only thing not on OP is fresh broccolini (delish) and blueberries for fruit Doesn’t seem to negatively impact scales.

Yesterday, I started out swell. I have been thinking i needed to cut back on the berries, since I do 2.0 and really no fruits on it. I have done berries most rounds anyway and sometimes even an apple or an orange, but blueberries are a mainstay. There have been such good berries this spring going into summer that I bought too many, so was indulgiing a little the past few days. I decided I better cut back to one or once in a while until used up and then skip buying for a bit.

Ha! Berries were the least of my problem yesterday. No details necessary, but ached all day no matter what meds I took, feeling exhausted. I dressed in my "mow the lawn jeans" and my "yard work denim shirt" but never left the house! Yesterday was in the 70's and today the high 80's so I will pay for that in may ways.

I am up a pound, so already paying. I know what was going on. I am still weaning myself off of the T3 medicine and went down another 5mg starting on Friday, and boom, a couple of days later, I feel the lack. I didn't figure that out until today, so brain fog is definitely part of it. I will get used to it and feel ok--not great, but not so bottom of the pit down--in a day or two. I may have a good 2.0 day .... and I may not. Alll I can do is all I can do.

Still under 130, by the skn of my teeth. It is mostly inflammation so it will come back down if I don't lose the plot now.

    Onward! P

That's great Roselanou, I love seafood for p2 also. I've been doing non fat greek yogurt to make salad dressing with ACV and spices and garlic for a chicken salad on cucumbers. It's very satisfying. Greek yogurt in small quantities doesn't seem to affect me.

My body is sensitive to inflammation also. Hope it calms down soon!

I only weigh once per week, since my losses tend to be pretty small. So no update re weight.
Understand! Keep up the good work! Hope all goes well with move.

I've really packed on the pounds the last year mainly due to depression and anxiety. BUT now I'm back, feeling better, head is in the HCG game. I've tried other rounds the last year with a little success but I haven't really been ALL IN. Now I am and ready for a 30 day (or longer) round. I'm taking Intermountain hhcg pellets and with the exception of a dosage adjustment, I'm doing pretty good now.

Today is VLCD 11 and down 12.6 lbs. Goal is to lose 45 lbs but highly doubt I'll get it in one round but to lose 30 would be AMAZING. I've done longer rounds before with much success including my very first round 2011 losing 43 lbs in a 63 day round. Nuts! I probably can't do that again but I'll take what I can get.

I've been sticking to the protocol. Made a switch up to 93/7 ground beef from tilapia. I was getting so grossed out by tilapia so made the switch to beef. I've had some issues with beef and tomatoes combo in the past but this time, I'll be sure to rinse cooked beef super well and not mix with tomatoes. Chicken is my other protein and I'm not sick of that thank goodness. Main veggies are cucumber, spinach, asparagus, tomato. Apples are my fruit (honey crisp are the BOMB).

Lower back and hips hurt, head hurts a bit sometimes. I think that's pretty normal though? I'll be 46 in Sept. so the aches and pains keep adding up. All the more reason to drop unnecessary weight and start LIVING. I'm going to Vegas in Sept. to visit my son and daughter-in-law and then a concert end of Sept. so I really want to see how much progress I can make before then so I can really enjoy myself and feel more confident in my body.

Enough of my rambling but thanks for listening! Hope everyone is doing alright and hope the week treats us well! Onward!
I hear you! Hope it's a great week for you!

VLCD 14 - Down another .6 today for a total of 13.8 lbs. Dosage is great and I feel pretty good. Finally got motivated enough to set up an eye appt for new glasses. I need those progressive lenses so I can see up close! Feels good to be in control of at least one aspect of my life and I'm grateful to the hcg protocol for that.

Hope everyone is having a good week so far!

I won't lie: I am a bit discouraged. I hoped I would be down at least part of the pound I was up yesterday, but no. 0.00. At least not Up, I tell myself. I was pretty darned good yesterday, too. But it takes more than one day to see a difference. yeah yeah yeah. Meh.

I'm only net not even 3 pounds on Day 8. I was at this weight mid-June on my way UP. I didn't think it would be this hard. Ugh. I may change my ticker to include my load, just to make myself look better.

All I can do is all I can do. If I don't have any losses the rest of this week I will probably bag it and maybe try again later or decide this is a good enough weight at my advanced age. Nobody looking at me anyway! haha ha. Meh.

I am going to pool today. I want to get three times in this week. I was doing 6, but i just don't have the energy. I have sort of lost my bounce.

PearlyMae, I hear you! I don't weigh but once a week, I get too exasperated with the ups and downs.

Today I started window washing. A simple job, right? Unfortunately, it appears the previous owner hadn't washed them in years. So today was: pull the screens, spray the outsides, use Simple Green and scrub off as much dirt as I could. Then spray again, use the scrubber on the glass, spray again, and finally the window cleaner. I got about 2/3 of the windows done before I pooped put. I'll finish the rest tomorrow, then tackle cleaning the insides. At least my A/C works, so that won't be too hot a job.

Next, do another outside wash then reinstall the screens. Finally, I'll start putting up my new exterior Shade Screens.

You are energetic. I think I would have paid to have my windows power washed before attempting window cleaner. But good for you

I know it is discouraging but according to Leez you need to deduct losses from load weight and that means more lost. I know it is hard to do that. Sometimes I don’t load well and have min gain. This time I am counting losses from load weight today is my 6th vlcd and I’m down total of 6 lbs however no loss from yesterday to today. After 10 days I might switch to weighing every cpl days
Pearlie. You are tiny now so it will be more difficult to maintain but you truly have done well !!
