and that's a MAJOR mess for my thyroid.
After trying several brands, my endocrinologist & I have agreed
that my body is better off without it.
I am sore as can be today but I love that feeling of actually feeling my muscles.
I love that feeling too!
I have to get back to the YMCA.
In my first round I was prepping for knee replacement surgery
(running is not an option for me ater knee repairs)
I was going to the YMCA 5 times a week,
PT once a week,
and Sunday's off with no exercise.
I alternated PT days with swimming days.
I had to swallow my pride & get my hefty body
into the water in a skimpy 1 piece - but it worked!
I had consistent & easy losses
much more quickly than I expected would happen.

Driver-congrats on the big loss! 6lbs in 4 days, you are off to a great start! We will always be here for support. The mental game of losing weight is so hard, we all go through many bumps along the way. Controlling our own mind is half, well maybe 3/4 of the battle!
Thank you, it's good to know that there's people here to count on.
My loss is slightly more because my net loss
does not count load weight gained.
My numbers are always big
unfortunately that's both ways
gains as well as losses
