Welcome luzie!! okay...you got me wondering...what are Lime-a-ritas? I'm a White Russian fan myself (talk about gains!) but this Lime-a-rita sounds interesting. Although I'm hoping after this round I cut out all alcohol forever...we'll see. Apparently that's another one of my weaknesses besides bread and pasta! Baby steps...

I've lost 55 lbs since April 2011 but unfortunately gained back 15 lbs this summer because of lots of travel (and too many Lime-a-ritas!) Hoping to lose 10 lbs before taking a 10 day planned interruption in late Sept, and then planning to get back on P2 until mid November so I can transition to P3 in time for Thanksgiving. I'd love to get close to my final goal of 145-150! HCG has been the only diet that has ever been effective for me. I'm hoping this will be my last round and that I can stabilize well and move on to lifetime maintenance with Primal/Paleo eating.

yesterday I lost another 2.9 pounds which makes the total weight loss a total of 7.7 pounds...yippeeeeeeee!!!!! on day 4 of VLCD and things look promising!

akblueyes- Yes, I'm definitely going to take it slower this time, add things back in much more gradually in P3! I planned this round a little better, without a vacation on the back end to tempt me with all kinds of delicious food.

zmommy - Congrats! You are well on your way.

I'm down 2.2 lbs this morning, whoo hoo! I know it's just water weight in the beginning, but still... nice to see a drop. I'm enjoying cooking different things, and find that soup is one of the best ways to fill up without a lot of calories. I made french onion soup last night - yum!

akblueyes - Lime-a-ritas are a margarita flavored malt beverage made by Bud. I discovered them on vacation in July and they quickly became our drink of the summer. (Bad idea!) I'm with you about cutting out alchohol as much as possible. Of course if we could invent a White Russian without all the sugar, it might be P3/P4 friendly?

zmommy - You're doing fabulous! Keep up the good work!

horsegirl - nice loss! Those quick losses at the beginning are what makes this diet so great! Hopefully I'll be right behind you tomorrow!

AFM, today is my first VLCD and I'm hoping for a successful first week. Can't wait to get rid of a few pounds as my "skinny" clothes are getting snug and I got rid of all my bigger clothes!

Day 2 VLCD at 140 almost back to where I started. Not much to report as of yet. No hunger yesterday didn't feel quite up to par that will come along.

Does anyone on here buy their hcg online? and needles. I have rx for 23 -30 days depending on what i dose but just in case i need it for 40 i may need to order it I will not order from my Dr he is way too expensive

lost 1.1 lbs today......but ended up cheating in the evening....had a little spaghetti and again had some sweet corn when i went out today...don't want to think about the weighing tomorrow....hope it won't set me back by too much....couple that with not taking the drops since yesterday due to TOM......hhhmmmmpppphhhh......wait and see huh?sigh!

VLCD3 today - yeah 1.8 loss now I am below my start weight. No hunger at all on the RX injections so far, I do remember being hungry on the drops but don't remember at what point in the diet, still doing 150IU. Now I can update my ticker, I refused to update until I was able to put a loss in from my start date, hehe.
