    I think you are probably fine. I know I am, and I have done 40+ day rounds without issues. I am seeing more hairs right now, but nothing extreme.

    Its early here so will catch up on the thread later but you are right so far Lynne. Ive lost 5lbs since Monday!!!!! I thought maybe 1lb down today - wow!!!!!!

    Hi! I just found out my hcg cleared customs and is on its way. I am hoping to start Fri if it is here. This is my first round and I have over 100 pounds to lose. I am so excited! Nothing I have tried has worked. So I am hoping I will have great success like everyone else I have seen on hcg. I have been doing research since August, watched countless vlogs, and read P&I. A question I have is if I load Fri and Saturday Start vlcd on Sunday do I skip the dose the next Sunday if I am doing the 40 something day round. I saw you skip one day a week and am not sure if that would be 7 days from loading injection or 7 days from 1st day of vlcd. My husband and daughter are doing it with me. My daughter is 5'1" and weighs 145. I guess she needs to lose 25 pounds. She is a bit muscular. I am hoping she can do 1 round and then maintain. My husband has about 75 lbs to lose. He is very muscular so I am curious how fast he will lose. Men always have it so easy! He is a big sugar addict so I hope he will lose fast, be inspired and really stick with it while helping me. It is so nice to meet everyone and have such great support! Keeping my fingers crossed for my hcg to arrive before Fri. It was in customs 17 days! ughh!!

    YAY Krista! You are going down, and I am going up. I have to get it back under control. . .almost makes me want to run back to P2. (no, no, not yet!!)

    Pink: I started out with 127 lbs to lose and am down 55 lbs (with some fluctuation!) after two long rounds. I just got a notice that I have a package at the post office, so I am hoping it is my hcg. I am hoping to hold off until Xmas to start my next round so I will have a long break in between rounds. My first round I did homeopathic drops and did not skip any days. My second round I did injections and I skipped one day a week, and I didn't see a benefit to skipping the days; I think it just prolonged the round. Next time I will not be skipping any days, and if I get feelings of temptation or cravings later in the round, I will assume I am developing some tolerance and increase my hcg a little at that time. Either that or stop early. The 47 day round I did last time was just too long, and I was starting to hate doing it and wishing for P3, so I think 40 days is enough for me.     Only a quick note since I need to get ready for work. Down 1.6 this morning and can hardly believe it. This must be a fluke. (TOM too)

    I saw a pin recently for broiled grapefruit. I thought this a perfect idea since grapefruit is on protocol. Has anyone tried it?

    Thanks Jooge, just printed this out. Its about time I got some healthy food down me as in P3 I was overindulging and barely ate anything of colour lo...just stuffed my face all day long instead...

    Ahhhh I thought you were losing the P3 lbs you had put on - so they are creeping back again - hmm not so good. Im going to try and do a 47 day round again this time and skip one injection a week - It worked so well for me last time, Im just going to do exactly the same - but I think you're right, Im not sure it does make much of a difference...

    Recap VLCD day 1

    Well on the plus side, i went down 2.4 from yesterday, which was expected so from 195.6 to 193.2. My goal for the week is to hit 191.4(by next tuesday) which is only 1.8 away, so if i can't make that..... then i'll just have to pick a new goal lol. On the neg side, i feel a bit weak this morning, carb withdrawal i'm sure, and my arm muscles are a bit sore (which idk why cuz i haven't exercised!) besides that, i'm really proud of myself because the first few VLCD days i usually allow little cheats like a piece of candy or a couple saltine crackers, but i didn't do any of that yesterday, and i could hardly eat the food i was supposed to eat! i was upset about that because i wanted to eat, but half way thru my lunch i just couldnt!

    aaaaaaaaaaand i had one of my famous cheating on protocol dreams last night! i dreamed about eating cotton candy and other carnival foods, and i woke up at like 2 and couldnt sleep even tho i was tired. I hate when that happens

    But all in all i'm pretty content with my yesterday!

    Congrats to all the great losses today!! As for me I lost 0.6 today.. I guess its gonna be slow and steady for me this time!! My meals for the day buffao chickien chili for lunch and steak with sauteed mushrooms ( mushrooms are not on protocol) and onions. Haven't had my apple the past two nights I just wasn't hungry. And unless I am using my melba in a recipe I haven't been eating those either..however my sliced up strawberries are my breakfast every day.
    Whats on everyone's menu for today???

    Starving Still?!

    So I'm on VLCD3 & I'm still starving to death in the mornings. I do better after lunch, but I was really hoping taking the HCG would qwell the hunger pangs. Any advice? I upped my does just a teeny bit & took .6cc under tongue vs .5 to see if that would help, but not yet.
    I saw several folks tak about lowering the dose also? I'm really bummed because I only had a 1 lb drop since yesterday & I was hoping for some big drops the first few days.
    I realize it's 3.5 lbs in 2 days, but I guess I feel like I'm starving & I hate feeling this way every morning just waiting for lunch.
    I think I might sneak some strawberries soon.

    Any advice from those of you who manage to not be hungry all the time?
