    Hi gang. Just wanted to join in here - I'm on my 3rd round of hhcg sub. Day 2 and down 4 lbs yay!

    I'm seeing a lot of posts about how to handle the holidays and thought I'd offer input based on my own experience. On office parties you can get around the issue of what to eat pretty easily if it's a potluck - just bring what your going to be eating and stick to that. Something that helped me a lot was making "hot wings". Just cut up chicken breast and marinate/cook in franks red hot or other hot sauce. The spiciness always helps curb my appetite an is generally a hit with others. Another good one is asparagus for your veggie - goes pretty well with tksgiving.

    Anyway hope that helps!

    Welcome to all the recent starters, good job to everyone else. It looks like everyone is on the right side of this battle. I myself had a slight gain yesterday(.2) and l'm down today .6. So I guess things are going to slow down now. That's OK though they did start out with a bang... I just hope I don't stall I know that is the nature of the beast but stalling is so frustrating been there don't want to do it again....
    Back to work today been off for a nice long weekend wish me luck they always have so much junk lying around

    Day 3 on R1P2 I am down 6 lbs from highest binge weight. I have 100 lbs to lose and had previously lost 20 lbs that I had kept off so I am now in virgin fat loss. It has been over 10 yrs at least since I weigh what I do now. I am so excited! Nothing I have tried has really worked. I now have hope for a better future and hopefully the pain and fatigue I have everyday will go away with the weight loss or at least get better. I have been trudging through life for so long and feeling so bad. My husband has lost 7.5 lbs. He needs to lose 75 lbs. We are hoping to be a hot middle aged couple down the road! Ha! I can't wait to see what our 1st week weight loss will be and what our measurements will be. Doing this over the holidays doesn't even phase me. My last P2 day will be Christmas eve. I can't even think of a better present to myself.

    That is a great way to look at the holidays. We are giving ourselves the best present ever. I am right there with you. I honestly thought that I would have to be overweight the rest of my life and there was nothing I could do about it. I tried everything. I am still amazed that I have found something that actually works. Dont worry, you will be a hot middle aged couple soon!

    Hey everyone! I kind of skimmed everyones responses from the past couple days. I've been good, i've been holding it down at -10 lbs the past 2 days, but my inches have gone down still each day. I tested my ketones and they are in order. I have no complaints! All is well! I'm not stressing, i'm being calm and patient. I'm no longer weak and tired all morning, the only thing is i wake up at like 4\5\6 am every morning out of no where still, but i've always had weird sleeping problems with hcg so i'm not suprised. just got my hair done yesterday, so i look good and feel good too!

    Hope everyone else is still doing well too! Keep up the good work ya'll!!!

    Well from what Ive learnt on here so far, cravings can be a dose issue. Ive also read that its quite normal for people to have to lower their dose a couple of weeks in (I think - not sure if anyone else has seen this??). If I remember corretly with my first round, I had cravings and lowered my dose and they went away and I was struggling to eat. I also think this is the perfect scenario to be in but getting that dose to be just right so you're like that can be a bit tricky. I think some people take magnesium citrate to help with their cravings too...

    Does anyone else know anything about this? I dont want to give the wrong advice... Also I cant remember how long it takes to see a difference - does anyone else know the answer to this?

    Ok so I went down to our holiday Potluck... and looked at all the food (120 people brought something) - There was not one thing I could eat... not one, they had chicken but it was fried- I took a breast and decided I would be wayy to tempted to eat the skin- so I put it back- the rest of the food I just put in the "Unedible catagory"- in my mind- and Wow! that really seemed to help... dont know why- but choosing not to eat something- is so much easier than wanting to eat something but cant.

    Thank God for this forum- cause I really feel like im not alone in this process.... Big hug to you all.

    Thank you Princess....I have been stalling bad... I think it is due to not enough water...

    VLCD 15 total losses 12 lbs; however 6 of those 15 days are ZERO losses.... so weird....

    I am not complaining or disappointed I just did 4 pounds better at this point in my first round....
    I have a planned interruption coming up for Thanksgiving... can't wait to hit the 150's!

    What is everyone's "PLAN" for Thanksgiving? POP? Planned Interruption? Cheat?

    This is what I think the deal is: Bac water is sterilized with alcohol, but sodium chloride is not. I believe the sodium chloride is good for an immediate injection or mixing for sublingual, but the preserved bac water is preferred for injections.

    I agree with you that tweaking the dose can help get rid of the cravings, because I love to be not-hungry, can't-remember-to-eat. I may not get the tweaking right, but I still try.

    Magnesium citrate . . .not sure if it helps with cravings, but it helps with pooping. I take alot.
