    Hello my friends! I have been MIA....and gained a little more again....heading back into P2 this week. I hope everyone is doing well...gonna try to go catch up! I hope this is the magic P2 for me where I don't have a giant stall...but if I do I think I am going to cycle through it....I am tired of killing myself to lose 12 pounds!! lol!

    Hey guys. Checking in! Down another .2. Didn't think I'd lose today after my 2 pound loss yesterday, but I did. I was tempted to do a mini steak day today, but I think I'll just eat normal. I think even though I'm not hungry, I am starting to feel a little week, so I need to give my body some protein 2 times a day instead of just once I think. It's so weird to be this close to goal again....figuring I came from 173 after my break to 154 in just 1.5 weeks, it's mind boggling. I wonder if I can get to 145, but I don't overstress it. I just plan to go as long as I am not hungry and my HCG lasts.

    Annja, an RV trip sounds like a blast, but my kids would get on my nerves after like 10 minutes down the road. The 4 and 7 year old girls fight over everything!!!

    I'm down .8 lb today. I have been trying a little "rogue-ness" this round to see if I can mix it up a little. My losses are less than in previous rounds, so I'm guessing no "off-protocol" for me. I am back to being really good. But, I'm still 8 lbs over LIW from my last round. So, it may be awhile before I start losing new weight.

    Meri-I'm so glad you are coming back down fast.

    LODT-Welcome back. Good to here from you. Today is VLCD8, so you aren't far behind me.

    Diny-OMG, you may actually be stabilizing?? Way to go! I meant to ask you the other day, what do you drink at Starbucks? I have gone on their website to see if there is anything "safe" and there isn't much. They seem to add "stuff" to their coffee even when you think nothing is added. I had to send a coffee back twice because I told them to just put coffee and cream in it and they kept adding other things.

    Laura-I bet you'll be down in no time.

    Morning! Well, I'm exactly the same as yesterday, which is too high! So, my half-way protein day didn't work, but I think it's because I didn't have enough calories. So bring on the breves! I checked my stats and the last time I was up I had a 2500 calories day and dropped a couple of pounds. Go figure.

    Laural: I'm too, am curious as to how many calories and what you eat on your protein days. Jealous...

    Meri: You are such a loser! And, yes, my kids fight. But we generally try to not drive too much. 3 hours is tops and then we're listening to audio drama recordings pretty much the whole time!

    Janet: Welcome back! I'm wondering if a steak day would work for you, if you hit a stall. But this round, you won't have any, right?

    Larisse: 8 pounds to lose on hcg is not 8 pounds to lose in the real world. You'll be there soon!

    Okay, so after my chicken and eggs scrambler, I need to find some more food!

    so my high protein plan didn't work out yesterday and I had another 0.4 gain....trying again today

    for me, a high protein day is all meat...steak and chicken, maybe fish....don't really worry about the portions or calories....the other day when I had such a good drop I did have a couple of pieces of broccoli and a couple of strawberries at the end of the day but basically its just meat and water!

    Bummer, Diyone! I have done that each round.....had a reason to celebrate and lose it. So maybe you'll get lucky????

    Laura, bummer. I had this during this break. Did a modifed steak day 2 times and gained a half a pound each time. grrrrr....

    Annja. You made me hungry. I'm starting to think of P3, though I'd love to try to go another 2 weeks on this round.

    So, another 1.2 pound loss for me today. That puts me 5 pounds below my R2 stabilization point and only 2 pounds from my lowest weight in a long time! LWSC....Lowest weight since children. My new acronym. I'm feeling so awesome losing like this. I am really going to try for 145...even if I don't stabilize there, I think it will help me have a cushion between me and 150. I only have enough needles until next Saturday, but I'm going to try to get a few more and make it so my P3 will start June 25. That will be almost 2 months on P2, which is quite enough fo rme, I guess. June 20, I have that all day training class, where I totally blew my interruption, so I'm going to try to stay on P2 through that week. The HCG gives me the strength to turn down the treats. I'm serving ice cream to my team tonight for their lunch and it sounds disgusting to me...I love HCG. I also wonder if the Candida treatment is helping me to fight the sugar cravings too. Whatever it is I hope it freaking stays around!!!

    Happy Friday all. After working 12 hours, taking hubby to get his V. No more baby weight for me!!

    I'm here -- 202.8 today -- 2.8 lbs above LDW -- haven't had a chance to cook any extra protein, but I do have a few small steaks in the fridge, so guess I could take those to work and munch on them every couple of hours. Busy day today -- have to go to AmVets count yesterday's take, set the money bags up for today's shifts, then on to work, funeral for a coworker's mother at 10. And last night my sister called from Sioux City, SD where she has been on vacation -- "Oh by the way, me might stop in to see you tomorrow night (now tonight) on our way home if we can make it 444 miles on the bike." My house is trashed, I have to move the couch and a mattress to make a sleeping area, and there are other issues with DBF's habits which would not go over well with little sis and husband, can't find my kitchen table (covered over with STUFF), but she says "Don't go into a cleaning frenzy: -- RIGHT!! Her house is always spotless when I visit her -- and mine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks (probably because it hasn't had a good cleaning in at least that long!) Anyway -- I will get done what I get done -- clean the bathroom, vacuum the floor, take a box and dump everything from the kitchen table into it, clear off the couch, and call it good! Gotta get in the shower or I won't get anything done!! Bye all -- have a great day today!!

    didn't do my protein day the way I had planned....started out good but went downhill by the evening...graham crackers and a soft pretzel at the bball game....I always start the day with such good intentions!! but I was still down 1.4 today so I guess it helped....trying to stay on a P3 diet today....I don't mind being 6 or 7 over LIW if I will just stay stable!

    Morning! I'm down 1.4 this morning. Whew! Whenever I'm up, it's usually because I'm "backed up". Nice. Have to stop forgetting my probiotics!

    Love the new pictures Annja and Laura.

    Started P3 last night and enjoyed a big salad of mixed veggies with cottage cheese. My son is making cookies right now though and I just want to eat them. I want to be "normal". I'm having a pity party for myself.

    Diny-I hope you go right back down. You had a couple of good days in there--fingers crossed that you get back there.

    Meri-I didn't realize that you've been on P2 for 2 months! Wow. I could never do that. I can manage P2 for 25 days or so, but then I am just done.

    AFM-I didn't weigh today, so don't know where I am at. It was a long week at work and I am looking forward to the weekend. I hope I will have better losses next week.
