Hello I started loading on 10/15 and VLCD on 10/17. I was hoping to join this thread if I could for some support and to give support as well. This will be round 2 for me but I had to take a long break due to medical issues. My first round back in November 2011 I lost 25 pounds or so.

Today is VLCD 2 and upon weigh in this morning I was down 6.6 overnight! I cannot complain about that start. <3

So, is it cool for me to jump in on this thread with you all?

Oh and that's with TOM starting yesterday too of all days. I forgot to wait until Tom was done to begin but it doesn't seem to have hindered anything here.

    Gina,

    Sure! The more the merrier!

Chick, yes, I would say that is really red.

Beth and I are doing great this "round." Not really very round-like compared to previous ones, but this is day 16. I have lost 14.5 and Beth is down a whopping 23 pounds! Truly, we're doing great. Not a good example for most HCGers but still staying no-carb, and low-ish cals.

Beth is eating what she calls "chicken slop" for 2 meals a day. I am eating eggs (whites only) in the mornings, sometimes with Canadian bacon but usually just with onions. Between 100 and 150 calories, then salad with anchovies for lunch. Got a little sick of that today and opted for smoked salmon instead.

Yesterday we went to a local buffet. Man, what great food at low prices. I had crab and Beth had some kind of chicken Caesar. (The high-class version of chicken slop, she said.)

I have been averaging about 800-900 cals most days, with an occasional bump to 1,200-1,400 when we go out. Still losing, so I am happy.

Like Beth says, "We could do THIS for 6 months." And maybe we will, if we keep losing.

    Be well, everyone.

I wish I had your success, Dave. I ate dinner at a business event, choosing just dry greens and a small piece of salmon. No loss this morning. I'm willing, and hopefully able to take it easy and allow for slow losses. Though, in my first week I would have liked to see more change. I'll keep it tight this weekend, and hope for a change by Monday.

    Skinny,

Have you considered that you really are pretty close to where you can be via dieting?

I mean, maybe you are already the success that you are striving to reach.

Seriously, look at yourself. If the picture is any indication, I would say you're doing very well. I am sure Beth would be thrilled beyond belief to get down to 153 pounds.

Having hunger issues--seems like deja vu from many previous rounds. Last round I played with my dosage both up and down and then ended up at the same dosage that I started at. Not sure why I was having hunger, but the dosage didn't seem to be the issue. So, I stayed at the same dose today, but the hunger was bad again. I am at 125 iu. I would normally skip the shot tomorrow, but I have a super long shift (over 24 hrs) and don't want to take the risk of being hungrier. I may stay at the same dose and skip a day on Saturday to see if that helps.
I do have that "thinner" feeling and already feel better in that regard.

    Diny-how is your P2 going?

Laura--Is your weight back down to LIW now?

Good morning everyone. I hope you're having a great morning.

I had a loss this morning of 0.7 which is cool. Considering I had s 6.6 pound loss yesterday and the fact that I thought I would gain today or at least stay even; I'll take it!

How is everyone else doing today?

Glad to see you having a good morning. Amazing how we allow a fraction of a pound mean so much to us sometimes.

I had my first gain in 17 days: up 2.5 pounds this morning.

Last night I decided, "I wonder if I could have a bowl of popcorn." Looks like I should have added, "... without blowing up over night."

    Oh well. So it goes.

greetings everyone. I will begin loading tomorrow and and sunday. Will begin P2 on Monday. I did HCG about 2 years ago and had great results. Unfortunately in the past 6 months or so I have gained about 20 lbs back and need to get it off and back on track with healthy eating. I really appreciated the support from the forums during my first round of HCG and am sure it's what kept me motivated. Good Luck to everyone. I'm glad to be back!

Hi everyone. Im typing on a tablet so this might be brief. Welcome to the forum Gina and Magic, glad to support your efforts. I have had the same ups and downs in between rounds. Laura, happy anniversary, and great job getting back to liw time and again! Dave, I wear my weight below the belt wherre its harder to see in pictures, but its definitely there and needs to go! Ive been steady at 147 before, so getting to that weight should be achievable, and something less on someone short as me should be feasible too. I have seen women on here working to lose 10lbs when they weigh 125 and I admit, its hard not to judge them as overdoing it. I definitely have had great success and am always glad not to weigh what i used to, but 153 isnt my stopping point. Even more than that, i want to get engrained in eating what my body can tolerate....regardless of what I want. I empathize with the overnight gain, had so many of those. I did have a nice loss yesterday, from 153 to 151.8. Im at my sisters for the weekend and her scale always shows me a few lbs higher than mine, so seeing 152.4 didnt make me feel to concerned. I think that lowering my dose below even 125 made a big diference in my hunger. If any of you guys are struggling with hunger early in the round, try lowering the dose with injections, burt raisi it for drops or pellets. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great weekend and feeli healthy
