Lovie, 9.4 in 11 days? Whoo hooo! I always hope for 10 in the first 14 and then I think I am AWESOME. LOL. Yes, set points, unusual exercise on weekends, all of that is going to make you flip flop some. But, good attitude! Get 'er done!

I wanted to take a detox bath last night, but was so tired I was afraid I'd either drown or have to call the fire department to get me out of the tub. So, finished a new James Patterson book instead. (It should have been for the weekend, so I got it on a Thursday and finished it in one night. NOW I don't have a book for the weekend!) Then took my muscle relaxer pill and not sure I even turned over all night long I slept so hard.

Kind of a whoosh! 3 pounds down over night. That does not quite put me back to where I was before loading, but it is a nice step in the right direction! I have one more pre-filled syringe for tomorrow and then I will have to mix on Saturday. Any loss tomorrow and Saturday a.m. will keep me going. Any undeserved gain... we shall see!

NO ONE coming in today. whoot whoot! It has been so busy it has been ridiculous. So, no new b&b guests, no prospective resident tours, no luncheons, no board meetings, no socials, no nuthin. Maybe I can actually get some work done!

IF it doesn't hail.... Did you see on the news about the zoo in Colorado Springs getting hit by hail earlier this week? We are down the hill about half a mile from there. I will have the roofers come and walk the roof, but mostly we just have piles of shredded leaves and broken branches. a I do mean PILES- a foot or more deep. I was at the drive-up window at the bank --a mile away- making a deposit when the hail started, and it was golf ball size to START. I just sat there under their steel canopy and waited it out. Talk about blessed. Over 400 cars at the zoo were not drivable because of shattered windshields and they are still sitting there. Takes a while to tow 400 cars. The zoo is still closed, cleaning up the mess. We had special needs kids night we always go to tomorrow night, but, of course, it is postponed!

Thank you, Pearly! I knew I was overthinking my losses! So glad you had a whoosh! Is your arm getting better? Canít believe you had a hail storm so extreme! Glad you were safe and hope thereís no damage to the roof!

LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! So nice to be in a supportive group. I love detox baths! Epsom and baking soda, hot as i can stand it for 20 minutes, then wrap up in a robe. Itís gross, sweaty work but it does help me with a needed whoosh.

Blu- you mentioned a fascia blaster. I love that idea but money is a little tight for me. I got an idea last year from someone else in the forum about a Japanese loofah. I use that in P3 to help tone up and it does a great job. I think it was $5. I think thatís such an important part of p3- toning up that skin, whatever gets the job done! Let us all know how the blaster is when youíre in p3.

    https://www.amazon.com/SALUX-Nylon-J.../dp/B000CSDDDG

AFM- VLCD3 Iím down another 2.8 to make a total loss thus far of 7.2. A lot of water weight and inflammation for sure! Iím super happy about my progress and willpower so far. Knowing i have wine and vodka in the house drives me a little batty sometimes but Iíve abstained and will continue that trend. Eating only chicken and fish and same veggies everyday - tomato and asparagus. Yesterday i had a whole grapefruit but normally only do one fruit and one grissini. I was not hungry til 3 oíclock today! Things are going very smoothly but i am prepared for the fluctuations and the slow down after this week.

Goal is 170. Currently at 196.4. I believe I can get there in a longer round which is my plan and a possible PI for my bday next month. Iíve done long rounds before which is not protocol but i lost 42 lbs in 60 days the first round i ever did. Was able to maintain that for about 5 years. But here I am again...i refuse to let anything stop me from succeeding.

I hope everyone stays strong and positive today! Yíall are doing splendidly!

Lovely - glad to see it is coming off now, I bet you will have a whoosh soon too!

Pearly - Wow 3 pounds that must be a record LOL

Natalie - I get it with the Naughty foods in the house - my hubby bought a huge box of microwave popcorn this week and restocked our bar with Irish Cream which is my guilty pleasure on weekends Stay strong it really is only temporary and soon you will be able to treat yourself in moderation.

Down .8 today so a total of 7.5 pounds in 7 VLCD days (this is after load weight). The first week has gone by surprisingly well. I have removed myself from some situations when I know my willpower wasn't quite there yet. I would love to get another 3 pounds off before our beach trip on Thursday. I don't think it is really noticeable on me but I would feel better inside especially in those dreaded bathing suits.

Hope everyone had a great day yesterday.

Since I am on my phone too difficult to go back, but it looks like everyone is doing great. Pearly, I did see that hail storm news. I love that zoo, we have done a Cub Scout camp out there

We flew into Pittsburgh on wed night and spent yesterday driving to Altoona. It is a depressed part of the country. My son is a bit railroading fan so spent sometime at the horseshoe curve. I think it would be Frey difficult to eat well in some of these towns. For lunch we found a diner (the only place open) is a place called Cresson. The Salad was served with fries on it.. so I went with what appeared to be the most expensive hamburger.. hold the bun and extra lettuce. The 14-year old serving me looked at me kind of like I was from mars. Dinner last night I am sure I was the only one who asked that many questions about what was in the food.
Considering the gal reviewed the menu and pointed out all
The highlights.. all fried.. and battered.

Today we do the Tour and head to nyc. It will be fun. My husbands cousin has a large wonderful apartment looking over Central Park. Nice to have such a place to stay and not spend anything. He is gone for the weekend so it is nice to relax at the end of the day

    Will
    Try to check in tonight.

LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

Nope 3 pounds is unusual but not a record. Ive gone down 5 overnight twice. So, now every morning I’m thinking.”maybe...!” Lol.

Not today. Down point 4 so finally back to where I was Sunday before loading.

Ok, NOW let’s see what happens!

over 7 in 7! D-Mom, we may have to sew you a belt! (Fairy tale reference 7 with one blow —anybody?)

    Onward!

    Goooooood morning!!

Natalie - you're doing great! Thanks for the loofah idea, I may just add that to what I'll be doing

Diesel - you're moving right along, congrats!

April - we just traveled to remote Michigan to bury my folks. I'd actually tried starting my round a couple weeks before that and stopped. My mind wasn't in it and knowing the area we'd be going to, knew there was very little chance of being able to stick to protocol. Everything would've had gravy, been deep fried, etc. Kudos to you for working through it.

Pearly - onward and upward, er, downward actually, right? On to lower numbers now

AFM, down .6 to 180.4#. HOPEFULLY, I'll see the 170's tomorrow, but you just never know. Today is VLCD12 for me. Feeling good, lots of energy, have had a few dizzy spells but minor. I've been making sure to keep my salt up, fluids constant, ensure I have enough protein. I'm still having both fruits, it's working for me. Most rounds I only have my apple in the morning. This round I'm also having an orange every evening and boy, do they taste GOOD. That's a highlight of my day I really look forward to. Not having the melba, seeing how that works out. May add it back in later in the round, may not. Again, most other rounds I totally bypass it.

Okay, today's Friday, nearing the end of the week, stay strong Everyone is doing so well, it's great to hear about it and see the progress.

Everyone seems to be doing really well! I am down a total of 16.2 on day 18 so Iím plugging along. I am averaging 2-3 miles of walking per day just to get some exercise. My diet has been bland and boring but itís working. I have to stop taking my injections on Sunday for my PI the 15-19. I will try to do P3 as much as possible but know we will have drinks. Itís four moms and eight kids so nuff said

I am happy to say that in my 18 days I only slipped up twice with wine and have been sober for most of it which has been a struggle in the past and after Mom passed. I was coping with wine.

I am .4 away from onederland. Usually I would be mortified but today I am grateful. I feel good and energetic. It will have been 23 days when I take my PI and then I want to do another 23 when o get back. Crossing my fingers.

Pearly, I would love a 3 lb loss!!

    Natalie, doing awesome.

My goal is to get better with names and memory to respond to everyone. Happy Friday everyone!!!
