    I'm loading for round 4 today and super excited about seeing what shedding more pounds and inches looks like this round. I've dropped 52 lbs in HCG thus far. Planning on doing a short 26 day round this time with a less in between time. Goal is 2 short rounds losing minimum -15 each each round before Thanksgiving. Overall -80 lbs. Its hard for me to visualize what that will look like but it's happening and I'm looking forward to it!!

    Welcome to another round, Jessie! Sounds like a great plan! Isnít it hard to imagine how weíll look at the end of such great losses?! I think about that all the time, and Iím rather impressed with how HCG targets the right kind of fat and reshapes so well. I never have that skinny-flabby look... and no matter how much I lose, I look so nice that no one thinks I need to stop (Iíve had that happen before... people worry that I might need to stop losing weight, even though Iíd have a ton of flab still on me. Weird, I know.) But anyway, your plan sounds perfect! Wishing you great losses, hun!

    Yeah... those cheekbones!! Every time I pass a mirror, Iím amazed at how ďbeautifulĒ my face is shaping up while dropping all this weight. Makes me never wanna gain this weight back ever again!

    I ordered the 46 day kit from Nu Image. I started with frozen vials and then mixed a new kit last week. I froze the last 5 as I am doing a five day PI Wednesday-Sunday. Will the five days help me to not build Immunity (actually it will be 8 with the 72 hour taper off). I just want to know how long I can go before either switching to HHCG or giving my body a break to catch up.

    Heading over to my Dadís to go through some of momís things. She had beautiful things (China, silver, platters). Taking a deep breath and heading over.

    Good morning, all. Really bad night trying to sleep. Had the dang restless leg thing happening, up until almost one o'clock. Course, then I slept till almost nine, so I guess that's a win, right? hee hee.

    I'm pinging to the same weight, down to 180.4#. Likely tomorrow I'll be up a little, then back down the day after. It is what it is. I'll start the MIC shots next week when they arrive, perhaps that'll help to keep things rolling at least a little.

    Rainy yucky wet here. Our golf tournament was cancelled yesterday because of it. Digging around trying to find something to do, and there's not much except maybe vegging in front of TV or on laptop. Hubby is doing his prep today for his annual colonoscopy tomorrow. He will be a BEAR later, he doesn't handle being hungry well at all. I made SF Jello for him, found a couple clear protein drinks, bought broth - that's about what I can do. I'm making some chicken salad for him so he can have a sandwich when he wakes after procedure tomorrow. He loves my chicken salad

    LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

    Man, you are all so good to me! Now what do I do??

    In the last 24 hours Iíve gone from disappointment to miffed to resignation.

    Now do I wind back up again or not?

    I decided I just wonít get back into my last 3-4 prs if summer pantsó 2 capris, one cotton jersey leggings and a pair of SLIM ankle pants. But I tried on 3 this morning and more muffin top than I had last year, and will need to go commando in the capris... but not as unwearable as I pictured! Lol. With long tops.

    So, now, IDK. A trip I thought wasnít going to happen the end of next week is back on, and includes an ice cream social. Yikes.

    Will give it another day.

    pearly, Thursday I cleaned my closet of all sizes below pants size 6 and top size medium. Got rid of A LOT that I was holding onto hoping one day to wear again. I've very recently accepted I will never be a 0/2 again, nor do I want to be. My want now is to have a healthy BMI, feel good, and be comfortable in my own skin. My target size is a well fitting 6, I think for my age and all my medical stuff that's very realistic AND sustainable LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

    Now my thrill is getting rid of the huge stuff that I've felt so miserable in for what seems like eternity. I have a whole new wardrobe tucked away and waiting, hee hee

    VLCD14: 174.0

    Total loss: -9.8 lbs
    Waistline: -2 inches
    Daily avg loss: -0.7 lb.

    Losses are slower than ever, but Iím losing! Thatís what counts, right? Decided to post my average daily loss as a reminder that Iím not doing bad at all. Gonna keep pushing through this 40 day round, hoping to lose at least 20 lbs.

    Addicted to the Grammyís inflammation smoothies and I take a detox bath every night that I work my 2nd job. Still keeping it at 1 fruit per day, no Melba, fish and chicken. Meal prepped yesterday and today. Weighing my meat 110g, since Iím skipping fruit and Melba. Have a nice system going over here and just gonna stick with it.

    The fat Iím losing now is approaching virgin territory, so itís being more stubborn than ever. I was hoping I would only have to do one more round after this one, but if I have to do 4 more, and stick with this program for another year, Iím willing to! No other program has attacked fat in the right places like this one has.

    Down another .8. I woke up early and weighed and I was the same weight for the last two days. Grrr! So went back to bed and weighed again at my normal time and was down .8. I changed the batteries in my scale just in case. Iíve been POP so I should be losing something everyday for the first week, right? Iíve never had weight the same two days in a row the first week unless I had a cheat. I sound bratty I know, but dammit, I need this first week to finish off well! Lol

    My week one weight in tomorrow and so far Iím down 8.8 lbs. Hope the scale is kind!

    Happy losing and maintaining everyone! Pearly, I hope there is a speedy solution for your BAC water so you can get into the p2 groove again. The anguish you must feel! Hugggzzzzz
