Iíve never had weight the same two days in a row the first week unless I had a cheat. I sound bratty I know, but dammit, I need this first week to finish off well! Lol

My week one weight in tomorrow and so far Iím down 8.8 lbs. Hope the scale is kind!

Happy losing and maintaining everyone! Pearly, I hope there is a speedy solution for your BAC water so you can get into the p2 groove again. The anguish you must feel! Hugggzzzzz

Weíre both bratty, because I feel the same way about the first week. I expect a loss everyday, but this round I wasnít so fortunate. Youíre doing good, though. Keep it up!

    Total loss: -9.8 lbs
    Waistline: -2 inches
    Daily avg loss: -0.7 lb.

Losses are slower than ever, but Iím losing! Thatís what counts, right? Decided to post my average daily loss as a reminder that Iím not doing bad at all. Gonna keep pushing through this 40 day round, hoping to lose at least 20 lbs.

Addicted to the Grammyís inflammation smoothies and I take a detox bath every night that I work my 2nd job. Still keeping it at 1 fruit per day, no Melba, fish and chicken. Meal prepped yesterday and today. Weighing my meat 110g, since Iím skipping fruit and Melba. Have a nice system going over here and just gonna stick with it.

The fat Iím losing now is approaching virgin territory, so itís being more stubborn than ever. I was hoping I would only have to do one more round after this one, but if I have to do 4 more, and stick with this program for another year, Iím willing to! No other program has attacked fat in the right places like this one has.
Your ahead of the .5 daily average which super! I with you on doing this how ever long it take to get to the end results. This results from doing HCG is motivating ...♥️ it

Thanks Natalie and Jessie! If it weren’t for this forum, I’d have zero support and who knows what I’d be tempted to do... cheat... quit... who knows? Just glad that I have all of you wonderful ladies and a great forum I can search through for priceless information that most of these doctors who prescribe HCG know nothing about!

My second job is waiting tables at this Italian restaurant. The food looks amazing, but I’m never tempted — in fact, it looks sinful and so rich, and carby, and fatty (in a bad way).... I’m soooooo okay with not ever eating it. It’s hard not to gain weight at a place where all dishes are made with pasta, creamy sauces, and come with breadsticks. I’m amazed that I’m 15 pounds lighter than when I first started the job a month ago, and remain disciplined, eating a packed lunch of baked chicken and steamed spinach, when there’s plenty of free food i could indulge in.

And then there’s the irony of me being against eating it, but gladly serving it. Lol....

Round 4 VLCD 1 is tomorrow...yay At this point I have to say I really enjoy how simple it is for me to jump into VLCD. Today I placed an online order at Outback Steakhouse with lots of extra fats for my loading meal. The order was scheduled to be ready in 50 minutes so I hoped in the car quickly ran into Publix supermarket, grabbed 4 items (organic chicken breast, cabbage, navel oranges and whole milk for coffee). Everything fit in one reusable bag. Picked up my final loading meal at Outback (curbside service) and was done for the day and ready for tomorrow. Im content with eating the same thing everyday or at least I was last round so that helps to keep it simple.

So here we go...I may wait a couple of days before looking at the scales...not sure if I'm up to seeing the scales go over the 2 lbs LIW mark ...especially after 10 weeks being hyper focused on it. What do y'all think ...better to look or not?

Hey guys Iím new. Traveling to Mexico in two days. Iím afraid they will confiscate my injectable hcg even though I have a prescription. Iím on day 27 and will be getting close to day 40 when I return. I do not want to stop injections. Can someone share with me how to travel with hcg?

As long as you have your prescription bottles with you I don't see why you would have any issues. Always keep your medication with you when traveling (not in check in luggage). I've traveled to Mexico a few times with my regular prescription meds and it's not something that has gone under scrutiny.

Thanks, Jessie! Youíre gonna do great in round 4! Exciting! We will all be here to support you.

As far as checking the scale, I do every day unless itís TOM then i donít cause i know itís gonna suck. Not checking the scale for months is part of the reason i have to lose some of the weight i gained the last several months.
I think itís better to know what TES says ...

Itís funny how this hcg thing turns you off to those kinds of foods once you know thereís another, better way. Not to say indulging in, letís say, chicken wings or pizza once in a while is wrong, but i love the way i feel when i put healthy food into it. Thatís awesome youíve lost 15 lbs since starting your job! Good for you! Iím laid off now but i packed that p2 lunch every day and at occasional evening events. There was no way i was going to have a lunch or dinner brought in from elsewhere. Blech!

Canít wait to see you keep progressing in this round! Youíre killing it, girl!

Thank you Natalie Your so right about not checking the scales ...I avoided them for years because I couldn't bare the reality. When I finally looked it was after round 1 of HCG and boy was it hard..UGH!!

    My reply
You are absolutely right about not checking scale. on p4 i dont do it every day but i do better if i check every few days. The longest i try to go n P4 is one week. Sometimes on vlcd i dont weigh cuz if i am staying strictly on plan i tend to get discouraged when i stall Generally my average at end of program is half lb per day. Maybe slightly higher when i started out but not by much .
