I got the Passion Tango iced tea from Starbucks. Is that the same thing you get, Charlie? Who else drinks this? Iím not sure if i got the right thing. I said no sugar or milk. It doesnít taste like it has sugar but looking up ingredients it has 11g of sugar. ????
    Should i dump it?

Two winters ago, I started letting my grey grow out since I wasn't working anymore. I couldn't keep up with the coloring it took to cover it! Last November, I finally just had it all cut off because seeing several inches of grey then the ends still colored my medium blonde was awful, yuck. So, todays trim is the first one since that drastic hair cut. Now it's to my shoulders, lovely twinkly silver all through it, and white around my face - I love it! But, it was high time for a trim.

I'm really curious how the MIC shots will affect anything, IF they will or not. I won't use them in P3, but certainly beyond that if there's any remaining. I think I feel better this afternoon overall, had a really rough time getting going this morning though. I think the nine holes of golf just really was too much for me right now. Going to the driving range is entirely different. You stand in one spot and swing, don't have to get your balls, then put your club in your bag and go. I'm looking forward to that, I have a new elbow brace I need practice with, my horrible habit is bending my elbow as I swing so it makes my ball go all over.
Before kids , my husband and I lived in a golf course community...we use to get up early Saturday morning to be the first group to t-off so we could finish quickly and avoid the hot sun. We would still need a little nap after... Golf takes it out of you. Sleep deprivation after kids and giving up my income/career to stay home with the kids put playing golf on the back burner for now. Playing golf with only 500 calories a day would definitely be challenging. Hubby always needed a nap . No way would my husband be able to do HCG and play golf without being grumpy the rest of the day! Lol

    Thanks for the ideas!

Blue, Iím trying a steak day today. Fingers crossed! They work for me when I do them right away, but I have been a slacker. #NotProud

April, Oddly enough I always avoid sugar. I drink dry red wine, but it seems to be a matter of math - just soooooo many extra calories that I donít need.

Fingers crossed for my steak day...

(9 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

Down .6 today. VLCD10 - 11 lbs gone. Yay! Almost halfway to goal. Feeling really good too. I didnít eat till 4pm! Busy today checking out a new job opportunity in Bitcoin mining. I think the whole crypto currency world is fascinating and Iím invested as well. There are a lot of people who donít know what it is or are opposed to it, but if this job works out, we would educate folks and give them an opportunity to mine their own crypto currency. Anyway...nerd stuff! Lol

Decided not to drink the Passion Tango tea from Starbucks. Took two sips, then checked ingredients, and dumped. It has sugar in it! So obviously not the Passion Tazo iced. Dammit. Oh well. Itís cheaper to brew my own tea anyway. I got home and brewed a whole picture of the Tazo Zen tea which is lemongrass and green tea, smells and tastes divine. Iíll pick up some Passion tea at the store and brew that this weekend.

    Happy losing and maintaining all!

Natalie, I had an ice passion fruit tea from Starbucks today while shopping. It had zero sugar, it was TART but very yummy. I love Tazo tea, have two cups of Awake every evening

Thanks, Blue! Youíre doing fantastic as well! Yeah, i think they misunderstood or i didnít know what i was doing but the Tazo Passion is tea bags and the Passion Tango is a mix. And i got the Passion Tango. Doh! I had two small sips so no biggie.

I did figure I can brew my own Passion Tazo for $20 cheaper (per gallon) so thatís on the list to do this weekend! LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!
