I reduced my dose today from 150IU to 125IU. I started having some serious empty hunger yesterday so it was time. I tend to need the reduction after the first couple of weeks, though. No, I didn't skip. Likely I should have, but I didn't want to risk having no losses because I skipped (which tends to happen to me). So, there's MY off protocol action.
Have you experienced an entire round without skipping? How were your results?

I went to the same doctors office they used (which is actually an OBGYN) to get the drops for my first round. The doctor conducted a meeting to the group and promoted staying on the plan until you reach your goal. If it weren't for the knowledge and experience shared on this forum I may have went down that road. Very thankful I didn't, there's no knowing if or what kind of hardships I could have done to my body. Doing the long maintenance weeks have definitely been beneficial for me as I've learn a lot about my body during each one of them.

Wow! Glad you were smart enough not to follow that doctor's instructions. When it comes to HCG, many doctors give very misleading information. It makes me wonder what other areas of medicine are doctors giving bad advice!

Wk 1 I only lost 3.3#, Wk 2 net loss 0, Wk3 lost 2.7#. This was after Round 1 where I lost 35# in 30 days! I used hucog injections for both.

If I've done a long round (over 30 days), I've always skipped a day per week. I was too afraid of running into immunity to chance it!

    Here are my stats
SW 178.6 (I was like 176.6 before load)
    VLCD 23 160.8 (LIW)
    (VLCD) 160.7 (VLCD) 160.7
    P3 week 1 160.7, 160.2, 160.7, 160.7, 161.0, 160.7, 162.4
    P3 week 2 162.4, 162.4, 163.9, 161.9, 161.9, 161.1, 161.1
    P3 week 3 162.6, 161.6. 160.3. 160.3, 161.4, 162.0, 161.7
    P4 week 1 164.1, 161.1, 161.5, 161.5, 161.5, 163.2 (no weigh in)
P4 week 2 No weigh until last day of week 2 (162.9) 162.9
    P4 week 3 162.9, 163.3, 161.6

Just ate pretty clean but nothing special. I had my sous vide eggs and some avocado for breakfast, a huge salad for lunch with chicken and goat cheese and then for dinner a salad out (grilled chicken, pecans, apples) and I just asked for olive oil as all of dressings made me nervous a few glasses of a dry red wine and I was not sure what would happen, but here I am. Pretty busy day today, off to get my car oil change, then my lipo injection, then hair appt. We have the block party today and I got an email last night about plugging into our house, so that will be my contribution and no extra payment for the bouncy house. I will just address it when it is all said and done.

It was so nice last night, we all went to dinner as a family. It is so much fun and we had some good laughs. These next couple of months will be a bit stressful with student financial aid applications (I am sure we will not qualify for much) and college applications, completing the last steps for Hunter for his eagle (boy scouts)...then we need to my other son's driving stuff done, work on his scouting career and start looking at colleges for him.

in the meantime, working a ton and wanting to freshen up the paint in the house and make it brighter. Feels like there is never enough time.

    VLCD20....down 20.6#!!!! Yay!

Tonight I do my 2nd MIC Lipo shot. I feel pretty good overall. Hubby grilled sirloin tip steak last night. I had my portion along with a diced tomato, gosh it tasted like the most delicious meal I've ever had, weird.

Today is grocery shopping. There's a Starbucks in the store. I'll stop there first for a Tazo passion tea LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

Some days are diamonds, some days are just coal...

I suppose that goes for rounds, too. Iíve done rounds 3 weeks apart and lost fine. Iíve done rounds 3 months apart and had measly losses. Iíve done rounds w no hunger at all and rounds where I could not get dosage right to save my life and was almost hysterical w hunger...and felt ashamed because of all the children in the world who are ACTUALLY hungry. Sheesh.

All the other things in life also impact a round. Waiting for all the stars to align is impossible, but giving ourselves some grace for illnesses, injuries & stressors is appropriate. Keep going, but know that losses do happen, and even when they are low or slow, we are learning so much that it is never a waste, but part of the total experience.

So, give yourself a big hug, all, and know you are a huge success because you are ON IT. Look around. You are doing something few do. And you will get there. With enough time and pressure, coal becomes diamonds.

    Onward!

I learned from you.... your strategy of eating super clean vs steak 🥩 days works great. It helped me be more relaxed about having to do a steak day when my weight was a bit over the 2 lb mark. Thank you! I was being hypervigilance about it because I didn't maintain all the weight loss from prior round (round 2). After stabilizing so well in round 1 I became overly confident and sloppy during round 2 maintenance and gained back 7 lbs. Stopping round 2 right before TOM was a mistake and is not recommended by Dr. Simeons but I ignored it.

Enjoy your block party tonight. It will be interesting to see if they bring up the $30 fee. Hopefully it will register with someone about the cost of providing powering to the bouncy house and your kids being older. Although if the drinks start flowing it could turn out the be an adult bouncy

Round 4 LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!! 8/11/18

    Before load: 182.4
    After load: 187.4 (+5 lbs)

    Goal: 23 days/Last Dose: 9/3/18
    VLCD 1:187.4
    VLCD 2:183.6 (-3.8)
    VLCD 3:181.8 (-1.8)
    VLCD 4:179.8 (-2.0)
    VLCD 5:178.4 (-1.4)
    VLCD 6:177.2 (-1.2)
    Total down: -10.2

-1.2 down this morning VLCD 6. Last round on VLCD 7&8 the losses slowed rapidly at .2 for each day so I am prepared for the slow down. TOM is 5 days away so that's coming into play. My plans to start this round right after TOM was botched because TOM came early and I didn't have my HCG yet. I like to order it close to when I begin a round so it's fresh.

Hope everyone has a super Saturday and good losses
