Thought the CoolSculpting was a waste of money - I had it done on the roll of fat just below my boobs - and even after losing 30 pounds on hcg still remains one of my "fattiest" parts.

Liposuction on other parts of my body have made a world of difference (and even through weight gain stay slim.)
I had liposuction back in 1987..worked great for a long period of time. My mom has done cool sculpting and she would agree about it being a waste of time.

This is day 26 (not counting the PI) of VLCD and I have 16 syringed left. The goal is 10 more lbs.

I season the crap out of my meat with garlic powder and onion powder, Himalayan salt, pepper and cumin. I also found that sprinkling dried onion on my meat almost makes a crust. Who knew.

And we live at the orthodontist. My 12 year old got that butterfly device yesterday and had a torrential meltdown 🤯🤯. He gets his braces on the 4th. The almost 15 year old gets them off early next year. These kiddos are expensive.

I made a gallon of the Tazo Passion tea with 16 bags which is eight grandes from Starbucks. One grande costs me about $3 and I paid $3.22 for a box with 20 bags at Winco. They had one box left so Iíll get more next time! All in all, Iím saving about $27 per 20 bags and can take with me on errands, day trips, work, etc. It ends up being about 27 cents per grande size. Plus I have 4 bags leftover from the gallon pitcher for two more grandes. And I also added a little water because I think I oversteeped. Just a cost effective, easy way to enjoy!

Note: I am a big nerdy number cruncher so this might be slightly annoying to read lol

Iíve also done this with the Tazo Zen which is a green tea with lemongrass so it has that caffeine boost. Itís absolutely delish! Thanks for making me an addict lol

Sure beats cheating with a glass of wine or vodka. Phew!

P.S. I put the tea and ice in my cocktail shaker and shake it up. Has a nice froth on the top. Yummmm

hee hee, I bought some regular sized tea bags at the store and made a pitcher, but it wasn't strong enough. On Amazon they have the big iced tea size bags and I ordered a couple boxes. Yep, it is too dang easy getting addicted to the passion tea! So yummy and refreshing!

Yumm...drinking the passion tea now and y'all aren't kidding...it's delicious! After trying it hot I poured over ice in a stainless steel tumbler ...shook it per Natalie and I added couple drops of stevia. It really does feel like a treat!

My daughter (11 yrs) got the the butterfly pallet expander put on last year and it also freaked her out at first. I took her to the grocery store and let her pick out as many different flavors of Ben & Jerry as she wanted and we turned it into an ice cream testing party ...it helped her relax and see than she could swallow the same with the expander. . To my surprise she adjusted to it really quick ...tell your daughter it really does get better!!

So, I’m on VLCD24 and sooooooooooo ready for P3! Now I see why people prefer to cycle and do short rounds! I have like 21 days to go if I count my skip days AND the 72 hours after LIW (but, 17 more injections total). I’ve read in some old threads how people agree that R2 is usually much harder than the first round and even the third. I’m gonna push through it, but I’m not so sure I wanna do anymore long rounds. At this point, I’m only 30 lbs away from my goal weight, so dividing that up into 2 shorter rounds… developing a nice workout regimen… and possibly go through with a procedure or two, my body will be where I want it to be in no time at all.

I have no idea what it is, though (why P2 is sucking so much right now)! It’s not like I’m hungry! I’m so accustomed to the 500-calorie diet that trying to up my calories for 2.0 is super hard! I get full very easily and I haven’t had any cravings the entire time until late last night. Out of nowhere, I had a craving for some cocoa crack (which I have a ton of in my freezer from my last P3/P4)…. So….. I kinda caved in and had a few pieces. And boy! It was worth the cheat! The next day, I was up only 0.2 lbs., so no biggie. And, my weight loss is so slow that a stall won’t even disappoint me at this point. Sometimes you gotta have something off protocol to satiate you to keep you going.

But as far as stalling…. I’m almost not even looking forward to anymore weight loss. It’s like I’m just counting down the days to P3, and whatever I lose, I lose. I’m feeling like I’m in this "P2 stabilization phase" (yes P2... not P3) and if I lose, good. If not, at least I’m not gaining. The one thing I do look forward to is good stabilizing in P3, because my weight loss has been pretty slow this round.

Anyway, that was my rant for the day. Hopefully I can come back with a more uplifting and positive attitude soon.

Keep pushing through everyone! I know I'm trying to...

I did it last night and it was so strong so I added water. I think you can use less bags. They suggest one bag to 8 Oz?? You easily do more water. I need to be cheap too. I also love the Zen but I stopped caffeine for no reason at all and donít miss it. But that Zen is so good!!!

Thank you!! He has done Mac and cheese and smoothies and yogurt. Butter noodles tonight. I am so glad to hear it gets better!!

And you donít even need the stevia with the tea. We have detoxed and now everything is sweeter as is. Sometimes I throw blueberries in there for a kick.

Hey girl, I am on day 24 as well and counted 9 syringes in my fridge and 6 in my freezer. So technically 15 more days. Iím actually feeling okay and maybe my PI reminded how gross I felt when I ate carbs and drank too much. Donít forget you are losing inches. Itís not all weight. And also, make sure you to at least 27 days on the injections or drops. They say you stabilize better if you do. I try to go at least 30.

I bought myself a new Louis the other day and figured I would shape up after HCG. I never got stretch marks with either kid and was in a bikini without any sagging when they were little. If I get brave enough and a raise I might do Lipo if I canít get things done on my own.

Have you made any chili. I brown onion and garlic in water and then add ground beef and a ton of spices and then POM stewed tomatoes. More spices and then portion it out. I know I do more than what I should but itís delish. I even eat it cold.

Praying for a big whoosh for you to get that smile back! This isnít easy! We are all warriors LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - "All About It" IN AUGUST!!!!

I'm addicted to the website RealSelf.com, which gives millions of real life accounts of everyday people getting surgeries, tracking their stories, and reviewing doctors. Excellent source for choosing a doctor to that may be able to get you the look you're looking for.

OMG, I love that site, too. Can't tell you how many hours I've spent on it researching different procedures

My starting weight was 183 - today's 173.4 I am determined to make it this time. My mind is where it needs to be and I am motivated. I will be 49 in October and quickly approaching the dreaded menopause. I need to get a handle on my weight.
    Welcome dkramer!

You're off to a GREAT start and you've joined some wonderful groups on here! Looking forward to your successes! Keep up the good work!

I'm in L.A. but have considered getting work done elsewhere for that very reason. Even with hotel, airfare, and recovery, it can be cheaper just a couple of states over. However, I want quality work, so if I find the best here, I'll just have to pay for it.
