    SW 178.6 (I was like 176.6 before load)
    VLCD 23 160.8 (LIW)

    P4 week 1 164.1, 161.1, 161.5

    .4 gain not bad for a huge lobster with butter and some shrimp. I ended up not having any of the salads as they has balsamic on them and I knew I was eating a lot of fat with the butter. I did have some cocktail sauce. I had a ton of red wine and some vodka and of course with the lipo shot, no hangover and really did not get drunk as I had a super supported liver. Love that stuff. Today is looks like it is going to storm so have a little work and going to pack for NYC. MY last NY trip I was at goal weight and my little picture is from that trip. I did a ton of shopping that trip. I am not ready to buy too much as I still have 20 lbs to lose. I did buy a cute dress on sale last night which was a medium and I think it will fit even if I lose weight. I am going to have clean my closet and get rid of some stuff.

    Guess that is a lesson to pass on, too: Menopause is a Big Dreadful Holy Moley Thing---but it does not last all that long and settles down eventually. I'll be on hormones until I'm 100, but otherwise, I really don't have to think about it anymore.

    I am 50..but since I had a hysterectomy I have no idea if or when I will be in Menopause. I do have my ovaries and so will have it, but do not have a period to determine starting and stopping. i was having some hot flashes and that went away when I had my testosterone pellets put in. Thinking I need to get another one of those as well, but with paying for that, HCG and some new glasses I have to pace it out.

    Getting mentally ready to start round 4 next week. Still deciding if I'll look at my loading weight or just start weighing a few days later. I don't plan on loading with a lot of carbs...but I do want to indulge in some sweets.

    My R2 Stats:
    Pre-load: 180
    VLCD 1: 183.8 (After load)
    VLCD 2: 179.2
    VLCD 3: 179.2
    VLCD 4: 177.4
    VLCD 5: 178.0
    VLCD 6: 177.4
    VLCD 7: 173.4

    Finally had what I think is a whoosh, and Iím thrilled! I think my weight stayed between 177 to 179 for the past few days, because it was a previous set point. After my last rounds of HCG, I stayed around that weight for close to a year.

    Iím also happy that I finally broke my week one record of 7.4lbs in losses ó this week, Iíve had 10.4 in losses! Amazing considering TESS wasnít really moving for a few days, but thatís how it goes sometimes.

    Another reason why Iím stoked is... I finally made it halfway to my ultimate goal of 140 lbs.!


    Heading to the grocery store to prepare for next week. Planning to be more strategic to keep my losses flowing.

    Lovely, that is definitely what I'd call a whoosh as well! Congratulations, on that AND making it half way to your ultimate goal

    I just returned from grocery. Needed some fresh veggies and more apples. I'm making our dogs food from home now,always check the discount meats when I'm there. We have an 11 year old chocolate lab, 8 year old mini schnauzer, and an 8 year old mixed fuzzy terrier. The lab is really starting to have a hard time getting around, and the schnauzer requires a grain free diet. I bought a really good powdered supplement to add to ensure their diet is balanced as well as a supplement specifically for hips and joints. I'm home full time, so it really doesn't change anything I've been doing. The schnauzer tends to be REALLY picky, will turn his nose up at food for several days sometimes. He's also VEY high energy, never stops running and playing. Since making their food at home and adding the supplement, he's wolfing it down - that's great to see AND, the lab is improving some with her mobility. We know she's in her final golden years, but really want to try making her as comfy as possible. She's a total sweetheart.

    I'm down 13.8# this morning. Tomorrow morning will be the result of 7 VLCD, I'm really curious to see where it ends up. I'm extremely happy with the first week results, I started this round at my heaviest ever, 197.4#. I have a long way to go to get back where I feel comfortable and attractive, but at least I'm moving closer each day

    Hi April, which Lipo shots are you doing? Do they support your liver? I want to learn more.

    I was naughty last night and had some wine and broke into the grissini which I have not had at all this round so I didnít gain or lose. Back to POP!! Face palm.
