    Hey Kristy!

Wow! HCG is like a fertility aid for you. Lol... Maybe I’ll be so lucky one day. I have found that I do lose inches. When I went from 200 lbs to 183 lbs, I lost 4+ inches around my waist alone. Most of the time I measured on days that my losses slowed down. Some say that when your losses slow down on the scale, you’ll be surprised that you’re dropping in inches. Wish I cared enough to measure my thighs and arms as well, but my main problem area is my stomach and waistline. The only real way to tell is with measuring tape, because we sometimes take our losses for granted when simply looking in the mirror.

Kimberly -- LOL @ your puppy's head! Too adorable! But what a heavy head he has! You've lost quite a bit! Congrats and keep up the good work!

    April01 -- People at 140 wearing a size 2?! I hope I'm so fortunate! Especially at my 5'11 height!

Pearly -- LOL @ "Pillsbury Dough-Girl with chicken arms and flamingo legs." I can relate 100%! When taking measurements, I care nothing about my legs and arms, and at certain points wish I would stop losing weight in those areas. My major concern is always my midsection.

T1ght -- Glad to hear that you're down 5 in 3 days. Keep pushing through those fluctuations!

mrsp -- Glad you're feeling better. And I'm thinking -- perhaps you're going through some kind of withdrawal, since you only gets headaches during the first week of HCG. But FX, you'll lose the rest of your loading weight by tomorrow or the next day.

sdwis -- Aspiring to be like you by the end of a couple of rounds -- that girl who weighs 140, but is a size 2! At 5'11, I don't recall ever being smaller than 155, or smaller than a size 10.

Another day of training at this restaurant, forced to eat pasta and desserts again!! LOL... Since I ended up LOSING weight yesterday in spite of taste testing, you know I was more eager today to try a bite here and there. Like yesterday, I took a couple of digestive enzymes and allowed myself to enjoy the few bites of food. And even though I only ate a fist-full of food, it felt heavy on me for sure. Sipped some black coffee afterwards and will be taking more enzymes before bed with a couple of cups of hot lemon water. Not expecting to LOSE weight again tomorrow morning -- I am on Week 4 of P3 after all -- but I'm hoping I won't be penalized for indulging a little. If I make it through with zero gains, or even a miniscule gain, I'll know that these digestive enzymes do wonders with helping my stomach break down these heavy foods. Also I'm practicing the art of chewing my food more thoroughly. Sadly, I've always been the type who takes big bites, chews a couple of times, then swallows. Who knows... if I master the art of chewing, I may never need another digestive enzyme again!

I'm so proud of everyone, as I go through the thread and see everyone doing so well with their losses. You ladies have me excited about starting my next round! Keep up the good work!

Roni, thank you for the shout out, that made my day!

Lovelylady, you could be surviving those tasty bites at work because because all the food is fresh, not processed? Just a thought. Lucky you!

I enjoy reading this thread every morning and following y'alls progress, you all are so motivating and have the best attitudes. This is one of the very few places online where there is true support.

I write on the Feb Loaders thread to keep myself accountable and I've got LinderLou on emotional retainer to keep me sane. She is a saint.

    Happy losing all!

Ok..I would not have minded a little loss to give me some wiggle room, but I guess I can be ok with no gain. I went to the store all in hopes of making this yummy lemon chicken in my instant pot...there was not one lemon in the house not regular or organic and I was too tired to try to find someone to ask why. I have hated my store since their last reorganization and I never understand why something are where they are. For example, applesauce jars are in a different section that then small cups (they are in snacks)...just makes no sense.

Today I am heading in early. Yesterday I left work at 3, drove to this nursing home saw 6 clients and the power went out so it was a bit of a mess, did not get home until almost 8. Today I am leaving work early to play a league tennis match at 330 then I am heading to a hospital to see a gal who is reportedly really mean and her daughter will not talk to her, so it will be useless trying to get any information from family. I also work in a jail and there is one job, the kite system, that is the worst one. I hardly have to do that unless someone if out, but it means you have to go and meet with people about the their mental health needs. That i fine, it is getting some of the officers to call them out of the pods, it takes forever. Just imagine those long waits in the doc office when you are sitting in the exam room wondering if you have been forgotten. It takes so long to get anything done.

Tomorrow is my big day. I have a large mixed salad planned. I will have to go to the store again tonight as I have realized I need a few more things and chicken thighs for lunch. eggs for breakfast and dinner will depend on what I do after tennis. I might just grab some chicken wings after, or a big salad with some steak on it. All things that I ate fine on last P3 and not really adding in much. Just mixing veggies and fattier meats tomorrow.

My t1d son comes home on Sat. He has been managing his blood sugars on his own. I am not sure his BG's have been great, but he is managing waking up and getting his lows and this morning he was really high, but he was up taking care of it. That makes me feel better about the possibility of going to college next year.

    P2.0 VLCD 30

I知 up early for doctors appointment, but not time to leave yet. Down .6 but still .4 above where I was on Monday. So not sure that counts as a loss or not. If not, today, day 30, would be 3rd day no progress. And pretty obviously, I知 getting anxious to get to P3 for a while.

So, I am at least skipping today, and will see what tomorrow brings!

    Gotta go!

Since a lot of reshaping occurs in P3, you may want to consider transitioning and then see what happens.

I’m so astonished that I woke up to another pound LOSS! What the heck is going on? I’m falling in love with my digestive enzymes! Beginning to wonder if I might have greater losses in P2 if I incorporate them as well. Today is the last day of taste testing. More breaded fried food, pasta, and desserts. I know I’m only taking one bite, but my body is usually not so forgiving.

Has anyone else LOSS weight in P4 (or P3) without trying?

Tracy — I think you’re right! The food is fresh, but I’m so used to gaining with carbs and sugar. However, prior to HCG, my metabolism was messed up. It’s amazing seeing my body act like it used to in my youth. Lol...

April — Wow... you have a lot going on with your job! Definitely seems like there is never a dull moment. Welcome to P3! Wishing you the best with stabilizing.

    I'm using:
-- Source Naturals Essential Enzymes (1-2 with meat or heavy food) -- potent digestive enzymes

-- Bio X4 -- (1 with meat or heavy food) -- it's a blend of probiotics, enzymes, and EGCG

-- Serrapeptase (2-4 right before bed) -- enzyme that helps with inflammation, internal scar tissue, and other fibrous things

    Also:
-- Renew Life 80 Billion Probiotics for Colon Health (2 in the morning)

I'm taking all of this to assist my body with digestion and elimination. Just started. I assume digestion has improved, but the elimination part is still yet to be determined. :-(

Oh boy, did I take a wrong turn! I skipped my dose today, but I was not prepared to transition! I know myself well enough to know I need to eat my protein in the a.m. while clearing hcg from my system. I think my body still wants fat to live on, but not enough hcg left to PULL the fat from my body, so wow, I get hypoglycemic almost immediately.

I got out of the Dr's by about 9:15, and my hands were shaking and I was so hungry, I was panting! The office is very close to my house, so I swooped by and drank down vitamins in diet Cranberry juice along with psyllium powder and an EmergenC, which fizzes. That and two hard boiled eggs and I was able to start breathing again. I kept sighing all the way down the interstate.

Whew. Full blown crisis averted. If I get TOO hungry, my back aches, I get light headed and weak in the knees, my hands shake and I can't think. I have to both eat and SLEEP for an hour before I get back to normal. I had that for years back when 'hypoglycemia" was considered a 'alternative medicine fake diagnosis" and it I'm still not sure a regular doctor believes me! It is REAL, folks. It is why the Keto diet worries me, as it involves Intermittent Fasting, and fasting gets me in trouble quick.

This round of P2.0 I have been able to not eat until around 12:30, so no food from about 7 p.m. until 12:30 p.m., so anyone who thinks Hcg is 'just an appetite suppressant" and does not 'pull fat' from our systems while we do P2, well, think again.

I may still transition tomorrow or so, but I will PREPARE! Sheesh.
