    Down point 4 again today, next to last day of Week 3. Not ready to call the curse broken but so far, the best Week 3 I致e had in ages.

    I知 thinking, right now anyway, to power on thru as long as I keep losing. My old pattern of losing only every 3-4 days may kick in, so have to give it 3 days of no losses (like the first of last week when I thought the Bounce-A-Pound Circus had retuned to town!) before I call it quits. F I can go 30 or even the full 42, I will. If I stop losing tomorrow, I値l wrap it up by the weekend.

    I知 slowly getting back in to some summer clothes! Starting w/capris in the most forgiving fabrics.

    PearlyMae: that is awesome that you are still losing. Keep up the good work, it is hard to stop when the lbs are coming off. I have some stuff the weekend of the 13th and even though I could go further, I really would like to be able to have fun at the dead show. I bought these tickets like 6 months ago and I am good with taking a break. Emotionally, I am much better off than I thought I would be.

    Sandi..good luck. i think on P2 this diet is so unforgiving, but great attitude..keep it up.

    Okay, I'm back at my desktop, instead of tapping on my phone...

    San Diego Randi! I love Hot Yoga. I can't work and do it, tho, as I just can't get up any earlier that I do already, and it always took 2-3 hours out of my day between travel, the class and coming home and getting cleaned up! So will have to wait until I retire. 10 or 20 years from now. (When I'm 85) But I did it for a month on a trial membership and I LERVED it. That was pretty much it for the day, tho. It WORE ME OUT! LOL, so I am impressed big time that you can do it at all, let alone on P2!

    Okay, I have run the numbers, and Week 3, if I don't go up tomorrow--please be kind Week 3 Fairy!--I was just a bit under Week 2 for losses, so FINALLY, I have gotten through a decent Week 3. I have to give credit to where it is due: I have been using the appetite suppressant drops from that place with the initials that lots of folks on here get their hcg drops. GNC? Sorry, can't remember. But when I get that Pooh-bear hunger, that is the " Hmmmm…. I need a little Something" hunger, the drops knock it out. I have to use twice as many drops as it says on the bottle, but that is still not much. I have half a bottle left after 3 weeks. Thank you, you know who you are, who PM'd me and recommended it! It has helped, and I think I usually start cheating a bite here and a nibble there in Week 3, and that is to blame for my lousy losses previously. I always do well on the first two weeks, usually hitting 10 pounds off in 14 days, not counting load wt. But Week 3! Yikes.


    Just wanted to avoid work and type some more. Done now. Go back to what you were doing. Talk amongst yourselves.

    quick question..I have been drinking all of my water. I find that I am so thirsty these days. Like I cannot quench my thirst. Anyone feel like that?

    Hiya! Thanks for the welcome. I've always been 5' 9.5" but last checkup they said I was 5'9" so maybe I've lost a half inch over the years. So sorry those pounds crept up on you. Good luck with dropping that 10lbs!

    April, that is awesome weight loss over 16 days and sandi, I am in awe that you stayed with it while in Mexico! I can only hope I do as well.

    For those who do a 40 injections round, do you always wait the protocol 6 weeks before starting the next round?

    When I first started drinking an appropriate amount of water many years ago (like 15) I found that the more I drank, the thirstier I was. It seems counter-intuitive, but I think it's because we make so many trips to the loo during the day (and night) we get a bit dehydrated. It actually makes it easier for me to drink all of my water, cuz I'm thirsty After keeping my water intake to about 70 ounces per day, I find that the thirst isn't as intense but I keep a bottle of water at hand all day. I also find that on the days I eat some pink salt with my meals, the thirsty feeling isn't as strong. Maybe you are low on electrolytes due to the extra water. Just my two cents...

    good thoughts. I drink a lot of water and usually I am fine.
    I have some electrolytes may add them to my water.

    Still undecided about starting to load tomorrow. Would really miss our daughter if we choose to go out to dinner without her tomorrow and she absolutely cannot adjust her schedule to meet us. There really isn't a day that works for all 4 of us unless I wait until mid-month, and I don't want to wait.

    I did not weigh today. Had an emotional night last night as hubby came with me and tension was running high between us from 4pm on. I bought some candy and ate it when I was in a lot of physical pain last night. It'll take a day or two to get the sugar weight down, so I just did a fat/protein only day today and will weigh tomorrow or the next day if I decide to fat load. It won't matter if I gained today if I fat load starting tomorrow. Also, better to have a sugar day now than to give in later, and it has been a long time for me...I am so glad that we don't live close to the stores, and I don't have a vehicle most of the time. I need to work on emotional/pain eating so that it is not an issue when we move "down the hill" next year though!

    Hey April01,
    I am doing my first round and I'm in p2 day25 and I'm drinking at least 2 liters of water a day and still notice my mouth going dry at times so I'm not sure why that is. Sorry I don't have an answer for you but I just wanted to let you know that I'm experiencing the same thing as you :-)

    Stayed the same but that is expected. i played tennis last night, wow what a match and I won. I was on fire, super focused, who would have know I had only had 500 calories that day. I did have a little extra protein and I had cottage cheese for lunch to mix it up. I think both times I had cottage cheese I stalled for a day. i am ok with it. I also drank about 50 ounces of water during my match with no urine output, so I am sure my body will release it today. No plans to drink. Will go hang at the pool this afternoon. Going to work this morning (from home)..but no biggie. Just love having a mid week day off. The 4th has never been a big one for us. We are in a stage 2 fire ban, no fireworks allowed in the area and with having to work tomorrow it is not really all that much fun to head downtown, so we will just relax at home. My husband and son are heading to Chicago on Friday morning will spend the weekend and then my son will fly to camp in Michigan and my hubby will fly home. Only 7 more days of injections..would love to lose 6 more pounds, we will see what happens.

    Hey ladies! I disappeared in June, but there wasn稚 really much to report. On P3 Day 16. Thinking of staying on P3 through the entire 6 week break, instead of transitioning to P4, then start another round. Was doing the Blood Type diet within protocol during P2, but since I need to consume a good amount of fat and protein, I haven稚 been strict with the Blood Type diet during P3.

    Cynjulia Welcome! I知 one who does injections and in the past, I致e always waited 6 weeks or more to start the next round. However, I知 in my 3rd week of P3, and I知 not sure if I知 going to wait 6 weeks this time. Thinking more like 5. And I don稚 think I知 going to transition into P4 either just gonna stick with P3. I知 just not ready to add carbs and sugar to my diet so soon. Are you thinking of starting another round sooner than the 6 weeks recommended?

    Shmeans It was restrictive, but I did pretty well on P2 following the Blood Type diet within protocol. Lost 27.2, which is more than I ever lost. However, now that I知 on P3, I知 no longer going according to the Blood Type diet, only because I want to consume as much healthy fat as possible, and it痴 going well. When I start back on P2 again, I知 going to go back to the Blood Type diet within protocol. And once I知 done with HCG all together, I値l stick to the Blood Type diet. I just find it hard to do in P3, since as a blood type A we池e supposed to be practically vegetarians with certain fish every now and then (and chicken every now and then). Are you sticking to the Blood Type diet in P3? How痴 it working for you?

    PearlyMae Congrats on getting into those summer clothes! Hopefully you won稚 go back into the pattern on losing every three days, but we know our bodies.

    April01 Hey there! As far as your thirst goes, how痴 your salt intake? I知 not one to hold back on salt (since I don稚 retain water so much as others), but I know there are many who try to cut back on salt. Maybe a little more salt in your diet will help with retaining water and not feeling so thirsty. On another note hope you lose the extra six pounds!
