went out to eat last night, had chicken wings and a salad, and three glasses of red wine.
I had hoped to be down a little today, but heck three glasses of wine and no gain I will take it. My rings are little tight this morning so I was fearful that maybe i should have asked what was on the wings as I went with the garlic herb ones over the buffalo. I guess not.

Christy: I love Lily's bars found those years ago after my last rounds in 2012. They are the only chocolate I buy. I also do the quest bars will need to check out some of their other products. I agree that with HCG it is more about the inches and the pounds, and I am amazed and how much difference I see with this weight now, when this is about where I started in 2012 and I got down to 135. For me at 50 I don't need to be 125 I would like to be in the 135-140 range and will try to accomplish that next round in the fall (loading on the weekend of Sept 9th and the last big event I have planned B52's and Culture Club), though at Dead and Co I stopped my round so I could have a drink and I ended up sober as they only sold beer and some weird canned vodka and soda with no ingredients on the can.

For those frustrated just keep going. I wanted to lose more this round also, but the compliments I am getting really have made it all worth it and people did not seem to notice the losses until I was done.

Today is busy again. I need to take a break on the weekends. My contract work is feast or famine and I have been feasting lately so I feel like I need to make money when I can. Getting my last B12 injection today. I think they forgot to enter one. I am going to see if I can pay for the upgrade to the optilean, lipotropic injection with B's and aminos in it. Going to continue that. I used to get the kind I could self inject and it is cheaper, I might move to that eventually again, but it was kind of hard to put that big needle in my thigh once a week. I told them If I did decide to go that route again I want a little tutorial and maybe bring hubby in to see if he could inject my glute for me...

Loved catching up on the posts this morning. I had to do the suicide assessment line at work yesterday (I work in a jail) and there were a ton on there. One guy in particular who kept threatening to harm himself if we did not give him what he wanted. UGH!! I really hate personality disorders.

AussieGal, I did a 10 day PI in my round I just finished. It went really well. When I get on my desktop, I'll find the thread from this site that really helped me stay on course and I'll pm it to you.

when do you plan to start?

lovely: That was the same for me...idk if my post was too long or that I did it over a couple of hours around getting other things done and I was in the system too long. AFM, I won’t even try to redo it. Poof...gone and done.

However, I will reissue my perceptions of the blood type within protocol idea as I think there is truly something to that. Thank you for bringing it to attention here on the forum as I feel the effort was indeed beneficial to my process and stabilization. Coming soon. (((Blessings)))

AussieGal: You’re actually doing just fine...really. Regarding your PI query, Tracy recently had a series of posts somewhere here on the forum that showed her success and her satisfaction in how that went for her. I’m pretty sure she did all kinds of digging with searches on the forum that informed her decisions in how to go about it. Some seem to have difficulty in getting back into protocol after a PI but I think the planning is every bit as important as the process. If you do it, DO IT RIGHT & COME ON BACK STRONG. Well hello to all the July lovely losers! I am starting a 5th round of HCG ( my 4th round was in 2015 so I have waited plenty of time between rounds). On day #2 of loading with good fats and some cherries and melon for my sweets. I have tried low carb and trim healthy mama, both kept me close to the weight I wanted (feel really good around 130#) But the weight has been gradually creeping up to mid 140's and I'm not budging. It may have something to do with my 60th birthday in January too. I have used today to prep for a 40 day round, did 42 pieces of chicken breast in my instant pot, and 45 days worth of elk meatballs.
    So hello to all! Kathy
1st round pellets(homeopathic)/2nd round patches/ 3rd round real hcg inject. 4th round real Hcg inject October 2015. Round number 5 injectable HCG here we go!!!

Isn’t that frustrating? Doing all that typing — especially to multiple people.

The Blood Type Diet worked very well for me, as well! So glad we found that niche to improve our success rate! Definitely a life-changer for me.

Looks like i am doing a steak day. I have never done one. Ok..I think a few things are happening. I started those essential enzymes which I am going to stop. i upped my b12 to a lipo injection and I added in brussel sprouts, none of those things I would think would have jumped me a pound. I guess the telling side will be if the steak day drops my weight. Luckily it is a very busy day for me with a lot of distractions so I will push through. I don't think in any previous P3's I ever did a steak day. I always actually lost in P3 and was below my LIW. I am 50 and not in my early 40's so maybe hormones are pushing against me. we will see.

everyone is up early volunteering for a local event where are school marching band makes money to participate in helping out. So I am up working and then have some clients to see today.

I did look into that and It says I need to eat mostly vegetarian. Of course I need to do a steak day today and if I followed the blood type diet it says no red meat. I think when I red it even more in depth because I am A- with an RH factor it was even more raw based.

I’m so annoyed. I’ve followed this diet to a T for ten days. I’m down 5.9lbs. Today is the fourth day in a row I’m stuck at the same weight. Day 6-10. No loss. Normally I lose huge. No inches lost either. I’m drinking 1000z of water a day. What am I doing wrong. Why is my body hanging onto this number?!?!

After reading through some things, decided to skip the steak day and going to do the egg day instead. That way I can eat through the day..have the eggs in the instant pot right now. Sleepingduty: love my instant pot. I did the same thing, tons of chicken in there, easy and then it is just ready to go. I am 50 this year and age sucks.

Someone mentioned having their instant pot in a box still, break it out and start small if needed. Hard boiled eggs are the best in there. There are a ton of facebook and pinterest pages on it. Super easy to use and my favorite appliance for sure.

LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - Hotter than JULY!!!!

Poor Kristy! How frustrating and depressing for you!

Let’s see... you have done this successfully before, so you understand which foods, portions, getting your full menu in and making sure you don’t skimp on protein.

I think you are on Original protocol and it is easy to think, well, you should cut back further...skip the apple, give up breadsticks, no more tablespoon of milk. All of that sounds reasonable until your poor body goes “You are starving! I must hold on to everything I’ve got!!”

So instead of cutting back, maybe separate your your non-protein foods from the chicken, fish, etc and eat them by themselves with time on both sides to get insulin levels balanced.

But if you do cut out the apple, etc. replace the calories with protein. Get your entire 500 calories in. That will basically mimic the 2.0 protocol that counts protein calories of at least 500 and keeps carbs under 20-30 grams (not calories) a day.

In other words, eat enough. This is NOT a starvation diet. You need all of what Dr S included to stoke the fires and let your system burn your own fat.
Some of us do better on more protein and less starch than OP, but that is more about lifestyle.

This may be no help to you at all but considering you already know the protocol and are following faithfully, being sure you eat ENOUGH is all I can think of

Thanks. I may move to 2.0. I don’t do the strawberries. I don’t do the breadsticks or the toast. I do veggies. Protein and an apple. That’s it. But I’m bored. I wouldn’t be if it were working but it isn’t. How many more days of no loss in the first two weeks can one take without quitting!
