Yay...great start Lovely!! I'm right there with you in weight 180 before loading Can't wait until my HCG arrives and get round 4 done. I've decided to do a short 23 day round this time (inspired by April01 round) and possibly get another round in before Thanksgiving. I'll be breaking the in between time rules a bit but I've been going at this since October and I'm ready to be done. Not sure what my final weight goal is yet but hitting that 159 will be joyous

At the very beginning of any round, time seems to go by so slow, but I know it will pick up eventually, and before I know it, I'll be much further along.

Today, I did well hunger-wise and only got hungry when I was supposed to, so I'm guessing I'm at the right dose. Using frozen pre-filled syringes while waiting on my fresh batch of HCG to arrive along with lipo-B and B12.

I'm hoping for a record-breaking first week of weight losses. The most I've ever loss in week one was 7.4 lbs., but I'm planning to stick strictly to OP, so hopefully I'll see the difference.

Thinking of tracking my losses at the top of my posts like you April....
it was how I did it on a different forum so just used to it
I like going back and seeing the dailies..helps me stay focused.

Oh nice! When is your HCG supposed to arrive? What a coincidence we have identical weigh-ins and start rounds around the same time!

Sounds like a good plan... two 23-day rounds between now and Thanksgiving.

Out of curiosity, how tall are you?

I'm 5'4 and I started this journey at 234 lbs (boy that's hard to say!...I felt like a giant beachball!! ) in mid October using RX drops. I switch to NuImage Injections with B12 for R2 and it felt much better to me. Didn't maintain about 7lbs after round 2 so I've watched the scales like a hawk during this round to make sure I didn't gain an ounce. Learned a lot doing original protocol and waiting out the weeks. I'm one who gains and loses all over so I haven't seen a tremendous reduction but I think this round is going to change that. I'd like to wear belts again...I love Brighton belts

You’re doing very good! Down 52 lbs in less than a year is wonderful progress! Good job mastering OP and remaining disciplined!

    Hello all...

Tomorrow is day 23 and I've decided to call an end to this round.

I've basically stalled for 10+ days - within half a pound.

My hair is falling out like crazy and I'm craving fats... nothing crazy, but bacon & avocado etc.,

But I didn't give in... and then I did... today I was just so ravenous and made the choice to just have the chocolate.... I feel like hell to be honest, physically not mentally.

I just think my body needs something. I've just had my hormones checked - no results yet, but something is off, so I'm going to stabilize for a bit - maybe try an April approach and do it for a bit less that protocol time and restart earlier. I've read somewhere what I'm thinking about doing is cycling i.e.: going straight from P3 back into P1...

I haven't had problems with the eating, staying POP until the last 4 days... so perhaps my dosing was wrong... but in any case, I'm going to give myself the grace of just taking care of myself very well in P3 and starting again in a few weeks.

My goal remains the same - 135-140, and perhaps the next round will bring me to that. My goal is to do P3 and stabilize really well, so I am setting myself up for the best of success when I start P1 & P2 again...

I haven't exactly worked out the math / dates yet, but I will be on these boards and others when its time to restart....

I welcome any comments or suggestions and will still be here to support each of you on your journey...

    Hugs to all...

    Kimberly

    Kimberly,

Good job making it as far as you did. P2 is no joke. And cycling might be the best route at this point.

Hope you can figure out what's going on. It's good that taking care of yourself is your top priority. :-)
