I would not lower your calories, you will need to get your calories up in P3 to a good place. I would focus on increasing P2 foods, good proteins, good veggies that you have already eaten and better fats. I usually move to chicken thighs, fattier meats, add olive oil to my veggies etc. If you are up...you can do a steak day, but i have found I will lose that water If I just eat high fattier protein, hard boiled eggs and chicken thighs and I pee like crazy.
