Yes I too have been the subject of layoffs. Once I was even told that it was because I earned so much in commissions and bonuses that they could replace me with cheaper employees. So you never know what some jerks will say to justify themselves. A friend that very same day at the same company was told they were being let go because they did not meet their bonus/commission goals. My husband who is a stellar employee has also been laid off several times. SO Sorry that others are also suffering. I just try to find a better situation--what else can we do right?

Hang in there Girl with Curls! Just make sure you have enough water or herb tea? I hesitate to give advice since P3 is hard for me, but one thing that helped me get back to regular was taking daily Probiotics the first month of P3....

I’m up another 0.8! What the heck? My constipation broke yesterday, however we went out last night and I got soup which was high sodium. I’m hoping it’s just water weight! I’m really trying not to freak out, but it’s hard!

Don't panic! It's typical to go up and down in P3. Remember, a pint of water = 1 lb and a fart is 0.2 lb. As long as you are in your 2 lb window, you are good. And steak days do work!

Hey..I am working just fine..hubby let go. I have never lost a job thank god. So I feel stressed out as I have to do it all. Stress has always been my silent weight gainer. I have decided to try digestive enzymes. I lost 1.5 pounds over night..I am sure it was just water and who knows, but I will stay the course, no stress eating happening, making good choices doing my best to breath.
Sorry - I realized he lost his job but was putting from how I felt so maybe you could connect to how he was feeling with the one post it seemed like you wanted him to get moving quicker into recovery mode - maybe read too much into the post.
Glad the weight dropped, hope a few more days and you will continue to drop back into your normal window.

@gz9gig I am in p3 and doing much like you are, keto with few carbs. I’d be interested in your daily meals. I haven’t reintroduced dairy and I’m having a lot of almond milk and almonds. But I am not eating my daily recommended calories (1100). I don’t have my trusty graph with me but I was , I think, 79 kg (174 pound) at beginning r1, and 61.5 at end (135lb) at end r2. I am now in week 3 p3 and I hover within 1kg of 61.5 (135). So I. Happy with that but I am confused about how to reach the calorie goal without eating cheat foods.
Also, I think maybe the free version of my fitness pal might not be that great on estimatothe calories. Can anyone comment on best calorie counting apps (for Australia)?
I am also really starting to,crave things now though, cheeses! And as others have said , a little concerned about the freedom that comes with being off the diet.
A bit lost really as to what to eat and what to choose when out. Does this officially end at p3 or is there a p4?
