    November 8 will be my first load day for my next round. I'll do a full 21 days, then transition to P3 for Costa Rica, then finish a long round once I return. Figuring starting back on P2 on December 15. Okay, that makes it all official!

    I am still up, ate super clean yesterday. I know I have a lot of internal stress. Just going to have a higher protein day. I have been so busy that I have just not had the time or the energy to really go to the store. I also cannot remember my last BM, so will take some things this morning and later today to hope to get on track before I leave for my trip. This is a life style change and a marathon not a sprint, so I still feel good and I hope to be back in my window by tomorrow. Blue: hope you feel better soon..and yeah for your next round. I hope to catch up with everyone. This site has been so wonky that it is hard to find the last posts.

    Hey everyone.
    Can someone please give me a bit of advice about P3? Which is the set-weight? Is it the weight on the morning that you stop the medication or is it 72 hours later? I'm nervous about going off the medication because I've found it easy - I am never hungry but the main thing is I haven't craved sugar the whole time which is New to me. Plus I'm still losing weight. What is Max you can stay on p2?

    I got on the scale this morning and the batteries were dead and I could not find any in the house, so I will leave for my trip not knowing, next weigh in will be Thursday morning when I return. I did go to NYC during the last P3 and was fine. I ate super clean yesterday, had several BM's and felt like I lost some water, so we will hope I am back in range now. I know what to do. Conferences are hard, but I just plan on going to the coffee shop and getting my meals instead of eating the meals they provide there, not worth it for me to save money and gain weight. Will try to check on my phone.

    Your last injection/drop weight is the set weight, in which you will use as your 2-+ window. You will then eat no starches or sugar for three weeks, be careful of hidden starches and sugars in seasonings etc. Just ask at restaurants if you do not feel confident. I find the cheaper the place the more likely they put additonal crap on the food...so just ask. There are some links are here about max days and weight and there are some. I would look it up as I think I know what it is but do not want to give you the wrong information. When you are on P3 you want to get your calories up but you also want to stop eating when you are satisfied, you can add in calories with good fats such as butter, eggs, avocado, olive oil etc. You can eat fattier meats such as chicken thighs over breasts. You can mix your veggies etc. Then add in things like dairy and nuts more slowly see how you react, if you have a big gain you will just have either a steak day or a super high protein day and usually that will correct it and get back on track..try to the possible culprit later on to see if it was that or a fluke.

    Well, Iím better than I was a week ago. I continued to feel crappy all week, but still worked all week plus all day yesterday. Plus my contract stuff, six straight hours on Tuesday evening and another 3 or 4 each Monday and Wed. I think. Maybe I dreamed it all and never left my sofa. Idk, i was pretty foggy all week. Well, thatís one way to stay in the moment. Keep forgetting the one before.

    Ugghhhhhhhh!

    I was so sick last Sunday but today I got up and have done several loads of laundry, found flat surfaces all over the house ( cleared clutter, that is) and am still going to do a Costco run and then 5-6 hours on the computer. So, even tho I still feel crappy, I am obviously better!

    I never lose weight when I am sick. NEVER. If anything I have mystery gains like I did last week and usually never come back down. So I am amazed but am down below where I was last Sundayó when I hit 129. Today 128.6! A small loss for a week, but Iím not trying to lose. And Iím finally finally finally am seeing some reshaping at waist and lower abs.

    So, that cheers me as I sit here wondering if I have the strength to put one more load in the wash. Ok, maybe no Costco.
